I bought my television from a different Richer sounds shop in London (my second TV from the company) but after verifying my details Ben did not hesitate to help me with replacing a faulty remote on the generous warranty offered with my TV. No fuss, no bother, on its way to me within 24 hours. I have always had good service with Richer Sounds, thank you Ben!

We always shop at Richer Sounds because their Product knowledge and experience in all audio and visual products is excellent and we always get the right product for us.
Customer service is 5 stars and brilliant warranty on all items.

Knowledgable sales staff, experience and knowledge is lost on a lot of outlets these days but in Richer Sounds the purchasing experience is a pleasure.

Couldn't have had a better experience. Someone helped me as soon as I entered the store and took me through the different options for what I was looking for (a turntable and speakers). They did me a great deal so I could stick to my budget, and I got something much better than if I just bought a package online. Plus everything I wanted was in stock so I managed to take it home the same day. Would definitely recommend Richer Sounds.

The products they sell they stand by and I felt at ease talking through the options. They didn't push for a specific sale either, just made sure I was making the right choice and I felt I had the opportunity to test and be satisified myself that I made the right choice.

Richer Sounds listened to our requirement for speakers to replace our thirty year old ones and suggested several options, one of which we purchased at a very reasonable price and we have been very pleased with them. Ben was extremely helpful and Dexter was an impressive support.
