Ease of online shopping

I cannot fault Richer Sounds in Southgate or their approach to customer service. They have bent over backwards to help resolve a problem with my vinyl player and Dan was an absolute superstar. He listened and understood the issue and worked hard to find a solution - which he did to my immense satisfaction. I cannot recommend him, their staff or their attitude to their customers highly enough. I truly wouldn't go anywhere else for my HiFi needs.

I was looking for a new Project turntable but didn’t want it delivered at home as I’m at work during the week.

Staff know what they are doing and understand what we the customer wants

I recently purchased a streaming amplifier and speakers. Dan looked after me and was excellent. There was no pressure to buy and Dan spent a lot of time demonstrating different options and offered some good advice. I have no hesitation in recommending Richer Sounds and the Southgate store in particular. Following my experience at Southgate I subsequently purchased a Samsung OLED TV and Soundbar from the branch. Well done Richer Sounds!

Friendly bunch at the Southgate branch. I had to return something they were very helpful. I’ll most definitely shop again for pair of speakers and AV amp. Advice given was fantastic.

I've bought my last 4 TVs from Richer Sounds. As always their quality of service is top notch! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I'll be buying my next tV from them when the time comes around.

Prices good and very competitive, but the customer care rating is exceptional. All the staff are knowledgeable about the products the sell.
Mak is a brilliant manager as was C before him. All staff have followed in the excellent service they provide. For me, as a long term customer recently they proved they can go well beyond expectations in customer after sales care. I really hope they can keep their high ratings into the future, as no store selling TVs and Hi Fi can compare to their quality of goods, costs and customer care. There was no incentive to write this review.

We’ve bought a few tv’s from Richer Sounds, Southgate and have been served by Dan.

We’ve always received fantastic customer service and expert advice. The staff here are knowledgeable and the prices are very competitive, even with online orives. Our most recent TV purchase came with a 6 year warranty.

I think they may price match, however, even if they don’t, they’re so competitive on pricing, offer a long warranty and you get a personalised customer service experience.
They are definitely worth a visit.

I wanted to write this review on my experience with the staff at Richer sounds at Southgate store.
It has been a remarkably great experience , from dealing with Daniel , who has been very positive in making sure that I purchased the correct hifi for my needs ,which he did in a respectful manner , I had an issue with 1 of my purchases the matter was dealt with a professional manner .
Ali the store manager was very understanding with my requirements
And resolved the matter so swiftly hassle free , hudson the turntable speacilist set my turntable to the T Corina the young lady who is also so helpful who also helped me with other products was also so very professional in sorting matters out , and Mak was also very helpful and willing to step in to help out matters.
This store is definitely my favorite store
For TV and hifi well recommended.
