Amazing advice, super fast return with quotes and great recommendation for installer. I will always come back to Richer Sounds, they are the top electronics retailer.

I ordered two pairs of speakers from different brands as I couldn't decide which would be best for a 21st birthday present. The process worked seamlessly. When I cancelled the second pair before collecting because I'd changed my mind the Swiss Cottage team took it in their stride and processed the refund promptly and courteously, through clear and helpful emails and a phone call.

I'm pleased with the speakers I kept, the price was good and I trust Richer Sounds way more than some other internet that might offer a marginally better price but with far worse customer service.

We had excellent service and support. The advice of Omar on the TV we purchased was invaluable. His help in installing it was first class. I have nothing but praise for him and Richer Sounds
