I spent some time on the phone with Omar. I was interested in purchasing a television, but I had a few questions.

I’ve seldom encountered such fantastic customer service. Omar was knowledgeable, professional, yet friendly, and he went out of his way to be helpful. Throughout, I didn’t feel rushed, but he was quick to answer my questions and process the transaction.

Richer Sounds' competitive pricing, solid reputation, and excellent customer service convinced me to buy from a great British company rather than an online American giant that doesn’t pay taxes. That felt good.

I’ve been going to Richer sounds for a few years now, and I always find I get a good deal. Even if I shop around I always get the best deal from them.Free delivery on TVs for example, I can’t think of anything negative. Ive always had a positive experience dealing with them.

I placed my order by phone which was quickly answered. The gentleman with whom I spoke was charming and hugely helpful and enthusiastic re the quality of the radio which I was odering. In short----a superb service.

From my initial enquiry, the staff were extremely helpful, giving sensible and informed advice with no hard sell at all. Part of my order took a day or so longer than expected to be delivered from another store (DPD let them down!) but staff were responsive in chasing this up and called me when the order had arrived and it was ready for collection.

Great team, easy to navigate website, purchasing was easy. Follow up emails and delivery notifications were great, even when changing delivery method soon after ordering. Pricing is the extremely competitive and would choose them over digital shops all the time
