Fantastic service, useful advice and incredibly rapid delivery. I will definitely return to the Tunbridge Wells shop whenever I need a replacement TV or hifi equipment.

Wow what a company bin useing Tunbridge Wells shop the last 10years had a problem with a soundbar I bought about 4years ago The Manager Joe was so helpful he came round my house and sorted problem what a service well done Joe

Called into Tunbridge Wells branch…
Called into Tunbridge Wells branch hoping they could advise on what to buy after my deck stopped working. They tested my speakers and found it was a faulty cable, gave me a replacement. I was ready to spend a few hundred but their knowledge saved me a lot of money.
We've always bought from Richer Sounds and they have fantastic knowledgeable staff.
Very impressed with their service.
