Just want to shout out to Dean and staff at the Tunbridge Wells store great service and excellent knowledge on whats the best pre amp what I needed for my record player rega 2.

Richer Sounds customer service is excellent. I'm happy though to give another review once my order arrives.

Was told i would get an email when items would be ready to deliver. Didn’t get that, i phoned and asked. Will get an email, didn’t get that. Phoned again was told it would be at the depot on 26 jan and could be delivered on 27th. Mentioned i work for a living. Can it be the following Saturday 31st? Yes, will i get an email confirmation? Yes. Phoned richer sounds yet again today (as its far too much trouble for them to contact me!) oh yes, dpd will contact you this evening to let you know they have my parcel. 11.59?? I will be asleep!
So will it come tomorrow? No idea personally.
Very poor service on the contact front. Guess only spending £1500 is not enough to warrant a good service?! How much should i have spent?

Purchased LG OLED + SOUNDBAR PACKAGE.
TRULY AWFUL PICTURE. RS COULD NOT FIX, STATING THAT "LG'S ARE ALWAYS A BIT BRIGHT". UPSCALING FOR FILM TAKEN EVEN 3- 4 YEARS AGO IS NON EXISTENT . RICHER SEND AN "EXPERT" WHO HAD NO IDEA.
RETURNED THE WHOLE PACKAGE.
WONT USE 'RS' AGAIN, AND STAY AWAY FROM LG.

SUBSEQUENTLY MR TOM GRIFFITHS FROM RICHER HAS HELPED GREATLY WITH THIS ISSUE, AND I WOULD VISIT RS IN THE FUTURE.
EVEN THOUGH MY INITIAL EXPERIENCE RATING REMAINS THE SAME, BUT WOULD RATE THE EXPERIENCE WITH MR GRIFFITHS AS 5 STARS.
