Richer Sounds - Websales レビュー

New TV delivered with fantastic care and speedy !

Quick delivery. Spot on product.

We wanted a TV that was no longer available, nor was our 2nd option.

We decided to go through the online store and purchased a lovely Sony at a great price. Ordered around 4 pm and it was delivered (FREE) the next day at 1:45 pm.

Easy setup which took about an hour, including re-registering some Apps.

Once again, brilliant customer experience from Richer Sounds

I have dealt with Richer Sounds for many years. Firstly by going to the shops, now by researching and buying equipment through the internet.
Never had a problem and their website is very easy to use and comprehensive.

Reasonable price and fast delivery

They have an excellent website with great prices and products. The delivery was quicker than expected and the overall experience was very starightforward

Quick and easy ordering online. Goods comms and delivery was as promised, good tracking. Thumbs up from me.

Website had all the info I needed to make an informed choice of my cassette recorder purchase. I was also able to download and read the user manual before purchase to confirm the product would meet my requirements. Delivery service was fast, I was kept informed of expected delivery times so did not have to hang around waiting in. Delivery was within the time slot allocated.

Great website, easy to navigate and buy and very quick delivery.

Its refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers and delivers exactly what it promises. A brilliant experience all round, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richer Sounds to anyone looking for great products backed by exceptional service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👏👏👏

First time using Richer Sounds. Bought a TV with 6 year guarantee at a special offer price online and noticed a few days later there was a better offer for the same TV. I contacted Richer Sounds via their price guarantee scheme and they matched the new offer refunding me the difference. The TV arrived quickly and is everything we expected. Overall very pleased and will definitely recommend and use them again.

I’ve found richer sounds to be extremely helpful , knowledgeable staff & very competitive prices … great customer service

Friendly efficient service. Delivered on time by friendly and efficient gentleman

Ordering on line was easy and then the communication was exemplary with emails letting me know every stage of the items journey to my front door. Delivery day was given then narrowed down to a 3 hour slot. The items packaging was in excellent condition showing no signs of damage at all from its long journey.
A six year warranty and a good discount was the icing on the cake and I will certainly be shopping at Richer Sounds again.

Fast delivery. Very reasonable price. And the post sale customer service options available are outstanding with a first time seeing ceo contact details provided to give customers upmost faith
