Richer Sounds have the best prices and free 6 year warranty for VIP members (free). On top of that, they scrupulously honour their warranties, and are extremely helpful when it comes to warranty queries. I honestly wouldn't buy anywhere else.

As usual excellent service. My 15 yr old Freesat box had stopped working due to neighbours trees blocking the signal with no other way of using it I decided a Freeview box was the best option. Weybridge branch set up a demo so that I could be sure I was buying the right kit. It was and I bought it!

The staff at the Weybridge branch are very knowledgeable and made my choice even easier. And with free delivery next day . great service thank guys.

I bought the turntable online and set it up. I go the last piece of installing the stylus and through it was broken. I called online and they said take it into the shop to look at so I went to Weybidge store. Turned out it wasn’t broken at all and I took the stupid off in the wrong way! Went back home and set up the turntable but then it was making some mad buzzing noise.

Instead of calling online service I called the store as I had a good chat with the guys there. They told me I needed to attach the RCA earthing wire between the turntable and the amp. I did this and it stopped the buzzing. All is well and I am now enjoying this top quality turntable on my hi fi system.

I purchased the 65 inch LG G5 OLED TV from Richer Sounds Weybridge. Terry was a great help on the telephone and assisted me in placing my order. Richer Sounds is employee owned and it is clear that Terry, Hugh, and the rest of the Richer Sounds Weybridge team take great pride in delivering fantastic service to customers. This is a phrase often thrown around, but my delivery experience really emphasised that Richer Sounds Weybridge live up to this. At 9am on my nominated delivery day, I received a phone call letting me know that, due to a third party courier error, the courier could not deliver my TV on my nominated delivery day. Weybridge store manager Terry then took it upon himself to drive to another Richer Sounds store stocking my TV, before collecting and driving to my house to personally deliver the TV. This is exceptional customer service and I was not expecting Terry and the Weybridge team to go above and beyond in honouring my delivery date. I am thrilled with the service provided by Richer Sounds Weybridge and look forward to shopping with them again for major electronic / audio visual purchases. Huge thank you once again from a very happy new OLED owner.

Superb advice, great help with the sale, and even helped with the installation of the product in store ( I bought a new stylus for my record player).

The staff at Weybridge were very knowledgeable and professional and really helpful. Really pleased with my new 50in Samsung Neo QLE. The sound and quality are great and I love that I can use AI to generate an image for my TV when I am not watching it, rather than looking at a blank screen. And the AI generated images are free!

Had exactly what I wanted in stock, and with a big VIP discount too! Helpful staff had it ready to collect when I arrived.

Once again, great service from the guys at Richer Sounds, Weybridge. I was looking to replace a LG OLED TV purchased from their Reading branch during Covid lockdown in 2020 and which had developed a slight fault. This was just inside the 6yr warranty which RS honoured and good advice offered on an upgrade. Friendly, professional service and very competitive price.
