Bought a TV which developed a fault. It was replaced quickly without any hassle. Very satisfied with the outcome. Terry and his team in Weybridge gave first class service. Will buy any electrical goods from them in future.

As usual I received great guidance and feel that certainly the staff at Weybridge listen and provide the best solution and at the best price. Terry was great as usual... why would I go anywhere else?

Always a great service from knowledgeable people, I went in to enquire about a home cinema surround sound system. They advised me on what to get and would work with the existing things I have . I purchased what I needed.

The product I purchased turned out to be faulty. I did waste time trying to get the device working. When going back to the store the staff were very helpful and apologetic in resolving the issue, offering replacement or refund. Overall a positive experience.

Brilliant customer service from Terry and the team! I wanted advice about buying a new turntable, amp, CD player and speakers for my husband's 60th birthday. Terry talked me through the different options and arranged a demo. of the items I was interested in. When I turned up the next day with my son for the demo. everything was already set up. We were given plenty of time to listen and ask questions. We also tried other speakers and never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. We also needed the new system quickly and Terry was great at ensuring we got all the items in time by calling another branch to get us the speakers we wanted. He also offered tips about how to set up and offered to help over the phone if we ran into problems - which we didn't. Husband loved his surprise.
