Faulty item delivered, the ride on car would not charge, very poor quality of items used. No refund or replacement issued. Exceptionally poor customer service. Have been left out of pocket. They take your money immediately and then refuse to reply to any emails. Phone numbers dont work.

Would give zero stars if possible.
Worst company i have come across online.

We ordered a ride on tractor and trailer for my sons birthday and upon building the item we noticed that it did not have a seat. Although they were quick to respond to my initial email stating they have ordered the new parts after 2 weeks they have still not arrived. When asking for the tracking number or an indication of delivery or any delay I was just told it had been ordered. I have not been able to give my son his main birthday present as he could not use without seat. Hoping that this will arrive soon as not impressed.

Would give zero stars, car stopped working after about ten uses, after trying to contact them on numerous occasion I have had no reply, wish I had checked revi we before purchasing, avoid at all cost.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst place to buy an electric car from. I wish had read the reviews before going ahead and purchasing one for my son for Christmas 2019.
Already it has stopped charging and o my been used maximum of 15 times. Avoid at all costs could probably make a better one myself. Awful

Rideoncars.ie deserve no stars.We bought a "double seater" lambourghini from them.The car arrived with two TINY seats and the steering wheel in the middle. It will not fit two small children and wasnt built to ever have 2 kids sit in together..Very misleading! When i immediately contacted them regarding returning the purchase i was given a UK address and was told to get it back to them myself.Despite appearing to be an Irish company, it's bizarre and suspicious that you are given a UK address for returns.The courier to return the car would cost more than the car itself.A deceitful amateur excuse for a business.A bunch of chancers behind it no doubt.Dont touch them with a bargepole.

I would give No Stars. Ordered item and it was faulty- like previous reviewers the steering wheel doesn’t work faulty. I asked for a full refund immediately but this was refused as they/Sara said they don’t give refunds unless they have attempted to resolve the fault. I sent numerous photographs and they had only one response which is ‘fix the steering wheel to the car’ - this doesn’t fix the fault which is there is NO Wiring between the car and steering wheel hence the car doesn’t power up to run left/right/forward or backwards. After 14- days they stop answering your email. They charged my debit card 4 times without my permission and refunded 3 of those. Please please avoid this company as they operate like scammers - take your money & run off with it

Order came quick but straight away major problems. The steering didn't work, the instructions were dated, all stickers had to be pulled off and reapplied as none were out on with care.

They sent out spare parts, they were second hand covered in rust and dust, clearly been on a shelf over a year. Asked them to send new ones out they said they could just refund 10% or fit the crap parts then they will send new ones. Wish I got a full refund from the start.

And now the cheap remote isnt working either ha

I looked at lots of online companies for an electric car. Ride on Warehouse had the best choice at the most competitive price. I had a few questions I wanted to ask about the car and each email was replied to immediately. I made my choice and ordered the car on Wednesday afternoon this week and it arrived the next day - Thursday. I think that is excellent service and I am really pleased with the purchase. I would highly recommend them.

Placed our order a week ago based on the fact the company is still trading and processing orders as usual. We have tried to contact them to see when they will be dispatching our order a few times as phone lines are currently offline due to the virus. The very least the company could do is reply or notify us that there is a delay. Happy to take our money and sit on it. Where is my order?

Be aware of anything goes wrong with the ride on car they won't help you at all and you have to pay during the warranty period also. They are so rude and nonprofessional.

Angry isn’t even the word for it. I had my sons 2nd birthday which I was waiting for an order I emailed due to not having any answer to the telephone explaining how I’ve seen reviews saying how bad the company can be. He then rudely replied ‘ what I’ll do for you is cancel you’re order and refund you sorry for you being so unhappy’ I’m in such a shock I’m going to put everywhere how bad of a company this really is. Never ever order from this company.

I bought a Black C Class Saloon 12V kids Electric Ride On Car for my grandson, i have tried to contact them with the phone number but constantly rings out , i have emailed the company 4 times still haven't heard anything back , the remote control isn't working ruined my grandson birthday, luckily for me my daughter is a lawyer so i wont be leaving this go , terrible company DO NOT BUY FROM THESE

Really unhappy with our purchase, firstly the wiring was all broken which I emailed about and still haven't heard anything (luckily my husband is an electrician so fixed it in the end) then when we took our daughter outside on it for the first time it wont go properly and just veers to the side so can only be used in the house! I've still not had any form of correspondence back from here and wouldn't recommend at all!

Couple of weeks ago I purchased a Audi r8 spyder for my nephew, for the first time i experience with scratches and dent on the car, however did get a replacement as soon as possible. Second time the car steering wheel was broken, thanks to my bro in law managed to fix it with his hard work should of been simple and easy, ps; my nephew birthday entrance nearly got ruined.

Ordered a car for my son & nephew for Christmas, it was delivered didn’t think to check the car as you don’t expect broken items for £152, the car has no Audi badges the front one has been snapped of & wasn’t even in the box, tried ringing all day yesterday but no answer sent emails no response, the car looks so fake so disappointed it was meant to be the best Christmas present they had but has turnt out the worse 😔

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! for your kids to be happy you want a lovely nice new battery powered car for them, you do not get this from this company. I bought my car back at the end of july, I have 3 kids so I have to start Christmas early. I never thought to open and check the box as I never felt the need to. The 15th December I opened the car to find that a peice of the plastic was broken off on the wheel arch, all the car was scratched and the bonnet of the car is dinted. The response from the seller was appauling, and trying to get through on the land line is shocking but yet they can reply to you via email. The overall experience was awful I would not recommend anybody buying anything from theis people. Rude, arrogant money grabbers!!!

Product came with broken steering wheel and within less than 24 hours of my email, the company sent out a new one. ( thanks to rose )

Sent out a badly damaged ride on car. Trying to get a refund for over a week now. Have sent many emails all with no reply and their telephone number just rings out. Can someone get back to me ASAP before I take further action!
