Iain helped us buy our first home. Since we were clueless about everything Iain walked us through the process and explained all of our options. Naturally we were anxious but he responded to our many emails and phone calls which made us feel reassured. I am sure we weren’t the easiest clients as we needed a lot of hand holding, but Iain really was great and if we have to go though this process again we wouldn’t use anyone else.
