As some of you would do, I contacted a few mortgage advisors at the same time to try to get best possible mortgage. I was told what I wanted was not possible, only Iain said he can do it, and he delivered his promise. He guide me on every step, and he managed to secure me the mortgage I needed! He made my dream come true!

I got in touch with Iain after my previous mortgage advisor let me down at the last minute. My financial situation is slightly tricky as I am a limited company director but Iain had my confidence from our first phone call, was super quick in coming back to me with a solution and the mortgage offer had gone through within 5 weeks from when we first spoke! From the very first call Iain listened to everything I had to say, there was no restriction on his time to understand exactly what I need to do and he offered me the best advice so I could be prepared and get prepared to purchase my new home at all times if I had any queries on a certain property or possible restrictions with a simple call or email he put my at ease as a self employed person all my life I understand we don't always tick the straight forward so it's nice when you come across some like Iain who understands your circumstances and represents you properly and ticks the right boxes'
