Having been told by 3 other mortgage advisers that my situation was too difficult, (with having a ltd company for less than 2 years and also foreign income). We were house hunting in Northern Ireland which also has limitations for lenders.

I couldn’t recommend right mortgage and Iain enough! Less than a day after filling in the enquiry form on the right mortgage website we had an appointment with Iain.

Second time we've dealt with Iain and both times have been great.

This year we were ahead of the game in securing a remortgage and he secured a great deal. Little did we know at the time how great it would be, and he worked hard to make sure it completed despite the world falling apart in mortgage rates.

Iain was great handling our situation and getting myself and my partner a mortgage. We're both self employed and we ended up with exactly what we needed.

Iain was on hand to answer any questions we had and made the process a lot easier on us.

We're really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially if you're in a less traditional situation i.e both self employed.

Cannot recommend Iain and Right Mortgage UK enough for anyone who has recently moved from Sole Trader to Limited Company or has similarly complicated financial circumstances. Whilst most companies dismiss people with complex circumstances, Right Mortgage UK were quick to understand what my situation was and are great at finding lenders that take a more 'common sense' approach to lending. There were a few times that we thought that it might not work given our situation as well as the market situation, but Iain did everything he could and eventually secured us a mortgage deal. Excellent communication, knowledge and expertise throughout.

We were a little bit sceptical at first but were soon put at ease as we had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Natasha Furness who was so lovely from the get go. We initially used right mortgage two years ago when buying our first house. Extremely knowledgable and reassuring, instantly putting me at ease. We have recently used their services again when re mortgaging, again seamless service couldn’t recommend enough.

I used Right Mortgage to query if myself (self-employed) and my wife could obtain a mortgage on only 1 year’s tax accounts and moving from abroad.
