Quite simply, we recently had a great experience purchasing our Volvo XC40 B3, from Riverside Volvo (Wakefield).

The experience at Riverside Volvo Wakefield was good because Ben the salesperson was very polite and professional and made us feel comfortable. The receptionist was very welcoming and made us refreshments which was lovely.

Very welcoming friendly, professional staff who explained everything thoroughly and answered/sorted all our questions and queries

Really good service by Josh, very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Only lost a star due to some issues with the car that we're supposed to be sorted before handover.

My wife is a survivor of a near fatal road traffic accident. Safety is therefore paramount for both of us and Volvo lead the field in this regard. We found all the staff at Riverside very helpful but Nick Hunter was exceptionally kind as well as informative, being able to show deep empathy and understanding. If you have a disability or concerns regarding safety talk to Nick!

Overall, an excellent buying experience.

Delivered what was promised, a quality car at a decent price. The car had been looked after by the garage all its life, which gives some confidence rather than one from an auction. Polite and knowledgeable sales staff with everything prepared for the transfer.

Andy and the team at Riverside SEAT Hull were great from start to finish. Communication was great which is important as we were coming from 200 miles away to collect the car. We were even collected from the train station!
