Just easy to deal with and good customer service

THE EXPERIENCE OF ORDER THE CAR WAITING THEN GETTING THE CAR WAS MADE EASY BY SALLY THE SALES PERSON SHE WAS AMAZING AND FUNNY , THE VOLVO I GOT WAS PERFECT AND GREAT QUALITY WOULD DEFO RECOMEND AND GO BACK

Riverside BYD Wakefield were great because the products and attitude of the people was 1st class

Purchased a used Volvo XC40 in November from their Doncaster site, was told by the salesperson that as a service was due within 6 months of purchase they would service the vehicle prior to collection. Fast forward to now (3months) service reminder has come up, on checking the vehicle had not been serviced as agreed, phoned to find out salesperson is no longer there and was told a manager would call me back, waited 2 days still no call back so phoned again and a sales person John told me he see if he was free, John then came back to me and said he was putting me through to service so I could book it in. I again said I would like to speak to the sales manager at which point he became quite belligerent saying that I didn’t need to speak to him. I have 20 plus years in sales management/customer service roles and if someone asked to speak to then I would make myself available. This has left a sour taste in my mouth and wouldn’t buy from riverside again

I'd definitely recommend Riverside Volvo Wakefield to friends and family because the whole experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Amar and Tom were both excellent, and in particular, the care that Amar took to ensure that he produced great videos before I visited was very welcome; I felt that I knew the car already. His friendliness, attention to detail and going the extra mile to ensure that I understood various aspects of the car were very welcome and reassuring, especially as i had a 180 mile drive back to London from the showroom! Very pleased with the car, and I can't speak highly enough of the service from Riverside and my overall experience.

I would describe my experience as click and collect due to me being located on the other side of the country. i found the car on Autotrader and the low mileage example was just what i wanted. the car is perfect and as described and even a personal video was provided. Harry the Salesman was great with great communication explaining the process and answering all my questions providing confidence and trust to proceed with the purchase.

We weren't able to do a deal but we could not fault Jack & Steph, they were so patient and helpful with none of the usual hard sell, very refreshing ! Would really recommend you giving them a visit.

Riverside Volvo Hull were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the service was professional, the options were explained clearly and communication was good through out. Special mention for Harry who was great.

The company and in particular James Sharpe took the time to explain all the finance options, features of the vehicle I purchased along with the protection measures to look after the vehicle in terms of bodywork, alloy wheels and gap insurance

My experience at Riverside Volvo Leeds was seamless from start to finish. Sally spoke to me about the ranges and options for the vehicle I was looking at and ensured she put my mind at ease regarding the process of leasing and available services. The exchange of my old car and readiness of my new car was quick, professional and easy.

As stated on the Riverside website. Best ever car buying experience. And I'm over 55, so that makes for a lot of car buying. Would gladly buy again from this dealer. Nothing too much trouble. Super patient. Over and above what I would expect in terms of attentiveness. Really 5*
