I’ve have a horrible experience with this company firstly Roxy was very unprofessionally using the word lol in our conversations while I was upset with the circumstances I was in instead of helping me out then I get told not to show up to work for no reason then she ignored my calls and I was left with unpaid bills because I have received my payslip

WORST FRAUDULENT COMPANY ROXY IS RUDE AND SHOUTS AT ME

OWES ME £900 for my pay and still not paid a penny She hung up on me multiple times is this company legit? Seems dodgy to me

Absolute crook

Worked for Roxy she did not and still has not paid me for 2 weeks work and does not answer any calls or emails and when and if you do speak to her you get a load of abuse and spoken to like crap!

She can happily swan about on trips and concerts but seems to not pay staff or workers? Surely illegal

Roxy Louise sorted everything out for me and with in less 24hrs Im know in full-time employment would truly recommend this agency 5 star rating well deserved.

If you take my advice you would stay well clear of this agency. It’s a very unprofessional and badly run operation. You’re at the mercy of someone who doesn’t care, after the initial stages of recruitment.
Try to contact the woman who calls herself the boss is a waste of time, she answers no emails, messages or phone calls. If by chance she does which isn’t often you will be greeted with hostility and disrespect.
Getting money that is owed is something she takes great pleasure in denying to the worker and totally ignores the fact that it’s not her money it’s yours, it’s the reason you go to work.
After many emails and unanswered texts and calls I finally have my money, however I had to get Acas and a government investigation team involved.
The person running this operation is not fit to call herself an employer, and should really look at her career options seriously.
Goodbye RL recruits is all I can say.

Great agency, work started straight away, fantastic agents, Roxy who deals with me asked me for updates every step of the process from interview to start day would recommend.

Moments after submiting a aplication for a job i got contacted and contact kept going even after hour's with a friendly voice, not some script copy paste or AI or automated reply.
It really makes a diference knowing someone is on the other end of the line.

Summary: This company is responsible for non-payment of wages, illegal working practices, harassment, and chronic debilitating unprofessionalism.

I worked for this agency for a brief period in 2024. From the beginning I was struck by how unprofessional this agency is, but I thought I'd give them a chance. That was a mistake.

I never recieved my holiday pay despite several requests. The owner of this agency didn't know how to send an email to their payroll company with me CC'd in, which speaks volumes about their professional ability.

Following this I was a victim of identity theft and fraud, and while I can't be certain I believe the owner of this company was involved because of the timescale.

When I said I'd approach ACAS the owner suddenly became much more communicative, but unfortunately still didn't pay me the money I was owed. A quick Google search will show you that this employer has been taken to tribunal for non payment of wages in the past.

I informed the owner I'd leave a negative review if I didn't get the pay I was owed, which I did several months after. The owner phoned me, breaching GDPR laws, to shout at me. I subsequently left another review. The owner has had my first review removed because I used their first name - and I made the decision not to leave another review.

Today, almost a year on, the owner of this company has just phoned me to threaten me because she's seen a negative review and assumed it was me (it wasn't.)

A quick Google search will show you that the owner of this company has a habit of running companies into the ground, just to start another - a potentially illegal practice known as phoenixing.

I'm sick of the campaign of harassment from the owner of this company, and I urge others to avoid this agency at all costs.

They don't pay you and then they tell you it's your fault. They want you to do there job of contacting people. They don't answer questions. They don't send documents over which there meant to.
They don't tell you all the correct information.
Just avoid this company

Fantastic Agency business run by a brilliant woman, always there to help and provide our company with drivers. Highly recommended.

Worked 1 week as a hgv driver through RL. The recruitment process was fine and the job was good. Unfortunately I suffered a bereavement which meant I'd be taking lots of time off so informed rl I wouldn't be returning as I hate messing anyone about. On payday there was no money paid into my account so I contacted their 3rd party payment provider and my hours had not been sent through. I called rl several times leaving messages, sent text messages and an email. None of which were responded to.
To make a long story short, I was only paid after I involved ACAS and the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate. The company I worked for as a driver confirmed to me that all hours were sent through after the first week. It took 6 weeks to get paid and I still have not spoken to anyone from RL recruit with an explanation.

Do not work through this company.

The agency has not paid me for 2 days that l worked for them, this is an ongoing issue since April. Please avoid this agency no matter how desperate you are to get a job as a driver, you are risking of not getting paid! The manager has rude tones when they talk, and generally unprofessional! I was calling and texting and i was getting no reply for daaays. Also to state i previously put a review on Trust Pilot and the manager called me and ask me to remove the comment and was having a go at me! Which shows how unprofessional they are. AVOID working with them

Swift and reliable, good value. Used on 3 of our projects across the country. Would definitely use again.
