Your satisfaction is important. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee*, which allows you to cancel your travel insurance plan within 14 days from your effective date of coverage** or before your scheduled departure date, whichever comes sooner.
Arch RoamRight will refund all of your premiums paid if you cancel coverage within the time specified, provided you have not already filed a claim under the travel insurance plan.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. You can email your request to customerservice@roamright.com.
*Not available to residents of New York and Washington.
**Residents of Indiana have up to 30 days from the effective date of coverage.

I asked Lori of Roam Right Travel…
I asked Lori of Roam Right Travel Insurance how to cover a vacation that wasn't scheduled for another year and half but required full payment in a week. I usually purchase Roam Rights multi-travel plan which covers up protection for a year. She suggested purchasing a single dedicated to insurance for this one trip and explained the difference between purchasing before and after the final payment. Also, asked about the need for medical coverage if half the trip was in the USA and other half in Canada. She then provided a couple of quotes.

We have used RoamRight for over a decade and I’ve always been quite pleased. We just booked Insurance for an upcoming trip to the Pacific Islands extending into a one week stay in Florida at the end of our trip before returning to our home in Pennsylvania. Our agent Isabel was initially told the last days in the US would not be covered. She took the initiative to follow up on this case. She called us back to say we could extend our coverage for the end of the trip. We appreciate her efforts on our behalf . Thank you, Isabel.
