Beware - £5.99 delivery and £3.90 re-stocking fee if returning an item - potential of additional costs of £9.89 on top of cost of item. Free delivery and free returns elsewhere may be better option......and dont get me started on trying to make contact with their on line customer services !!!!

Very poor service.
Ordered an item online from their website.
6 days after placing the order I received a email this morning they do not have the size in stock.

Absolutely appalling service they offered me a bigger or a smaller size! If I wanted a bigger or a smaller size I would have ordered it in the first place.

I was due to order few more items this evening so glad I did not order.

They have wasted 6 days and I needed the item for a birthday present.

Will never order or recommend this company.

due to the postal strikes its become to hard to order anything to get it delivered to my address.
This man understood his assignment and did it with class! He has helped me out massively and ordered the Boss items I was after to the store so I can look and purchase them there and then without having to wait for the postal delays! This is by far the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Fantastic all round service, from start to finish. Goods received really quickly. Also great courier service from DPD.

Absolutely appalled, by the service at the camberley store, I purchased an item yesterday and wanted to return the item however because it was a sale item they cant refund me. I was not aware of this when purchasing the item. The lady who served me said you can return the item if there is any problems however didn’t inform me that sale items cant be refunded,
I will not be going there again.

Hugely disappointed with the after sales team. Ordered an outfit and hat and receive part of my order and not the hat. Going back and forth on an email politely they have said that they will have to observe a footage via a memory stick on when they are packing at the end of the week.
Easy to take my money on the spot but make me wait for an outcome to show I have not received an item from my order.
First time shopper and will be last time shopping.. will not recommend due to the poor service now.

Have used this company a few times and have been very happy overall. My only grumble would be the £5.99 delivery fee. I ordered on a Saturday and it was only shipped on the Wednesday so nearly a week's wait for £5.99. I would have given 5 stars if not for that.

I stumbled across this website by chance, searching for some branded slippers for my daughter - they had the best price by far.
I placed my order, after reading some reviews, and then realised I'd ordered the wrong size! I called a little while later and spoke to THE most helpful lady (Hannah, I believe) and she went away, checked stock levels and re-ordered the slippers in the correct size for me. She was so friendly and helpful, I will definitely be shopping with Robert Goddard again!!

Magnificent shop with lots of choices for everyone. It feels like a fancy London store, beautifully designed and very clean. The girls were friendly, warm and a delight to speak with. 10/10 customer service.

Ordered Boss shorts. Few days later got an email saying that product was not in stock. Sorry, this is poor. Order number RG78895.

Good Choice of clothes, good quality too. Quite lot of sizes out of stock, delivery was great, would of given 5 stars if the order had been delivered in the nice boxes that are pictured on the delivery page, that was the reason I ordered as it was for a birthday present and was a nice touch, but instead it turned up in cellophane and a brown paper bag.

From the discussion over the phone to the delivery, the service was A1. First class customer service that I wished I had found this company earlier.

This is the first time I have ordered online superb service really easy to use free delivery and next day. I needed to take the item back as did not fit took it to the shop again very helpful and professional nothing is to much trouble.

Visited on the opening day in Newbury. Everything from the greeting at the door to the goodbye at the end was great. Fantastic staff who were friendly, polite and GENUINE with it.
