I have been a very loyal customer of yours for last 10 years and my family has spent heavily with your company. My last purchase July 2026 amounted to £26000 and was business done over the phone looking at your ex . Stock . There was a simple request to change the order by reducing the dinning chairs from 8 to 6 . This was refused. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I do not think I and my family will shop at your shop . There are plenty of fish in the sea and times are tough and you need loyalty. High Quality
I recently purchased my furnitures from the Roche Bobois showroom in Finchley and had a great experience. The store offers a stunning selection of modern, high-end furniture with excellent craftsmanship and beautifully curated displays. lleana and the manager Johal were amazing in helping us find the right pieces—they were friendly, attentive, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Their guidance made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. While the prices reflect the premium quality, the unique designs and outstanding service make it well worth a visit.
