Great product and excellent service

Good machine

I was given good advice on which machine to buy and it was delivered in the time quoted

Great service, awesome quality machine. Very powerful. Splits large logs lik a knife through butter.

Used for a day, so far going well but have had several shear bolts go.

15t Splitter fantastic bit of kit. Owned for a few years now. Only comment would be its very heavy to pull around on your own in the wood so if you have to take it longish distances may be better to get a towed one. That said, superb quality.

I experienced a technical problem which was rectified very rapidly and satisfactorily, the member of staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend this firm.

Supported on the phone by Fiona and one other who answered my questions and suggested which chipper would be best for my application - I have lots of Sitka spruce branches to chip. Bought the CVR-85 and very pleased with it. Compared to my previous Bearcat flywheel machine which had a 3” capacity, the drum machine is much better. Branches need much less trimming and the unit auto feed relatively well.

My 12 ton log splitter was delivered on time and ready to use. I took it off the pallet and started to use it. I was unsure about one of the instructions so telephoned them and was immediately in touch with an expert who clearly explained what I needed to do. I cannot recommend them more highly.
