Excellent service from start to finish also an excellent machine

We just purchased 15 ton log splitter from Rock machinery. Their customer service was excellent keeping us posted regarding delivery.
The delivery was on time.
We have used the Machine for a few hours now and very pleased with the way it performs and met all our expectations.

Quick delivery, solid product as advertised

The company was easy enough to deal with via web chat, although they were a little slow to respond on occasion.

The product was delivered on the day they stated. It was well packaged.

The quality is great, very sturdy and robust. I would buy from Rock Machinery again.

After purchasing a 15 ton log splitter I stated in my review that a label should be attached to th3 log splitter that hydraulic oil is required,,,within less than 12 hours rock machinery contacted me saying that the log splitter should have arrived ready to use, when we discussed the issue it was clear it was a oversight and that I only added 2.5 litres of hydraulic oil to a 8 litre tank.Again it go,s to show that rock machinery go that bit extra to ensure customer satisfaction and provided additional information for care,operation and long term maintenance of the log splitter .IWill definitely recommend and will make further purchases from rock machinery.

First class service, delivery and excellent technical advice from Rock Machinery. The 15 ton Venom log splitter is a superb bit of kit for the price. Over two days it effortlessly dealt with several tons of mainly 150 year old, 60 feet plus tall Macrocarpa trees. We found the splitter significantly more efficient when operated by two people. A great company to deal with.

Delivery was an issue. Didn't arrive on date notified.

Last minute order and delivery deadline could not be promised - but arrived in time which was great. Helpful staff and the little log splitter is a joy use.

The machine is great. Was given a delivery date 4th April between 9 and 5. No delivery was made, I was not informed or updated. A wasted day. The delivery company contacted me the following day to say it was being delivered that morning. Arrived at 11.15am. I appreciate this may have been an issue between you and the courier but it’s my time that was wasted.

The machine in its own right is very good. Doesn’t quite arrive ready to use. It has no oil in the engine or the hydraulics. So needed to go and get that to be able to use it.
The delivery wasn’t on time took a day off and it didn’t turn up. phoned the office 3 times was told I’d have a call back shortly and no one bothered calling back. Eventually turned up.

Happy with the log splitter ,arrived on time . Add petrol and ready to use

Just bought a trenching machine from Rock machinery, brilliant piece of kit. From order to delivery went like clockwork. Well built piece of equipment, this is the second time I’ve purchased rock machinery equipment….i also have a 22ton log splitter, that too is a great machine. I will be buying more equipment as I need it. Highly recommended.
