I’ve had an unreliable roll - or more accurately a “probably not” roll for some years now. I have Just finished a series of coached rolling session using Robin Hood’s training pool and now have a reliable roll. The coaching I received from Joe was absolutely top notch. I would have no hesitation recommend these sessions to anyone trying to develop or improve their roll.

Wooohoo new kayak shoes (astral hiyaks)!! Really helpful team messaged me straight after I ordered to let me know when they’d arrive and how to track them. No doubt if I needed to they would have combined postage as I was going to put through about her order which was less than £100 (free postage over £100)

Sent my regs in for a service to roho. Never posted my babies before so I was a bit nervous lol. Had numerous emails to confirm receipt of kit, estimated turnaround time ,when they were due to be on the bench etc from Kieron McClintock followed up with a phone call to say they had been despatched. Good comms are so important especially if things go wrong(which they didn't)

so got a lacing kit for the canoe despite trying with all the instructions i could not get the rope to go through the plastic tubing. as i spent nearly a hour trying to get one rope size 5 diameter thorough a later measured 5cm internal diameter plastic pipe this i would suggest is a massive design issue, i also asked two expert lacers who also said this was not going to happen. disappointed as the whole point of buying the kit was to make this a simple process rater than now needing to find plastic pipe to finish the job off

Excellent service as always! Some suppliers are slow at the moment, but ROHO (Kieran) always go out of there way for you. Got onto aqualung and got me an immediate delivery and an free upgrade.

I've bought a lot of gear from these as they're round the corner from where I work (dangerous on the wallet, although decent enough prices). I find them competitive when I consider the advice I always receive when buying items.
I've been talked out of more expensive items by not just the staff but the owner as well, when they pointed out that they would rather sell me the more expensive items once I'm a more proficient windsurfer and as I'm a newbie I will do just as well and in fact get years of service from the more budget friendly items.
So far I've bought winter wetsuit and boots, downhaul cord, helmet, buoyancy aid, several DVDs, waterproof phone pouch, UJ, summer shortie and summer wettie shoes and I expect to get a harness tonight and perhaps a replacement screw plug for my Starboard Express if they do them (they seem to do everything you need). I'll be a customer as long as I receive the great advice from them and their prices remain reasonable.

Another excellent example of how a retailer should work! I ordered a pair of Palm Descender boots but the computer hiccuped and my size wasn't available once the order was in. I was immediately contacted by Joe who offered different boot, the Palm Paw. Once I confirmed the choice they were immediately dispatched and arrived very quickly after that. I am actually glad that the ones I wanted were not available as the Paw boots are more like what I needed.

Great service and comms. Ordered Robson Fluid full carbon white water paddle and arrived within 2 days. Kept informed of order status all along the way. Paddle arrived well packed, fantastic product at brillaint price. Highly recommend the team at Robin Hood.

ROHO Are quite simply amazing. Not only are they the No1 suppliers of all thing Scuba and Watersports their customer service is second to none. They really can’t do enough for their customers whether it’s advice, guidance or just plain good old fashioned manners, customer service and civility.
