Amazing customer service. Emailed them with the product I wanted and the questions I had. Received very quick responses back. Really helpful team!

I have dealt with George several times and his advice has always been very helpful.

I love shopping at this dive shop because they have a wide range of high-quality products and the delivery is always on point.

Great service from George when buying a wetsuit. He took plenty of time, recommending different sizes to get the best overall fit and showing me how to put on and take off. Didn't try selling me the most expensive and worked to my budget. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from George at Robin Hood. I had input my address incorrectly and he telephoned to check the details before posting. Very impressed with considerate and helpful customer service! Very fast delivery, shall definitely use again. Well done and thank you.

Really helpful and knowledgeable people. Great advice in suggesting in a very careful way exactly what is right for a customers budget and requirements. At no point did I feel any pressure to hurry up with the sale or was upsold gear I wasn't questioning. Good honest, friendly, people who know their stuff at a very good price.

We bought a canoe from Robin Hood Watersports. We got lots of good advice from them. Joe went out of his way to secured the canoe for us direct from the suppliers & it was picked up within the same week. We bought some accessories etc and were happy with the service we received. Thank you.

Lots of useful help and advice on sorting the outfitting for my canoe, recommending better alternatives to what I’d originally thought about, nicely neatly packaged up all the outfitting elements, and helpful follow up by email when I had questions.

This dive shop had a great selection of high-quality products, and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly in helping me find the perfect gear for my next dive.

I took both my Son and God son (age 7/10yrs) to ROHO for a rolling session! What an experience! Joe got the lads doing the basics of rolling within the session which is more than I could have hoped. They're indoor pool is such a great safe places for kids to learn. Both can't wait to go back! Joe was brilliant and enthusiastic with the lads!

I’ve recently purchased a new kayak from Robin Hood Watersports ,my club, paddle mates and myself have been coming back here for years now.The excellent advice from George and the staff is second to none ,always have plenty of stock in and the prices are spot on .More importantly any warranty issues are dealt with quickly and happily, buy with confidence from these guys .

I've been using George and the team at RoHo for the past few years and I cannot fault them one bit! I've bought almost everything you can imagine from them, from kayaks to aquapacs you get the same level of customer care regardless and have a genuine knoledge and love for the sport(s). Fantastic Service & Great Product Knowledge.

Having previously purchased several Windsurfing boards and sails from them, I have just purchased 2 sea kayaks and accessories from Robinhood Watersports and the service has been gold plated!!

Their product knowledge is great, and they genuinely want to make sure you get the right kit for you, without any hassle or “hard sell”.

George and Jo were very patient, friendly and above all knowledgeable. They were very helpful and flexible when it came to logistics and delivery too.

Overall, I received excellent service form George, Jo and the whole team. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. They were always happy to answer my questions and give good and impartial advice. Thank you for all your help.

Robinhood watersports is such a great outlet for kayaking supplies and very competitive on prices. Recently purchased my new whitewater kayak via george who is full of good information and very accomodating to your needs. Well worth a phone call or even a visit.

The combined experience of the team at Robin Hood Watersports (ROHO) enables them to be more than just a sales team. My experiences, each time I have been in the shop, have felt like I have had a personal shopper experience where I have been listened to, the products I thought I needed discussed, sometimes challenged and the kit I have come away with has always been exactly what I needed even if I went in thinking I needed something else. I have purchased paddles, dry suits, cags, buoyancy aids, wetsuit boots, more recently canyoning boots for better grip on wet rocks etc. I thoroughly recommend giving the shop a visit if you are need of some kayaking kit.

One slight negative would be the website, sometimes it is very difficult to find what I’m looking for but usually a quick call to the team and I can find it. Sometimes it is a bit slow too. Of course it may well be user error rather than issue with website!
