Because of Romans Burnham I now have a CCJ against my name. For parking in my own parking spot. Will never use agent again!

David from Romans Burnham was very assuring and accommodating, he showed real enthusiasm and interest to help letting our property out in such a short time, and we didn’t need to look any further for other agents. He arranged photographs and open day viewing within the first week then helped with colleges preparing a list of potential tenants with their background till signing of tenancy agreement. I would be happy to recommend Romans Burnham services to all my neighbours, friends and family. Thank you

We absolutely appreciated the integrity of Matt when he came to value our property and both he had Lewis have both been so thorough with every step of getting the flat onto the website. I've recently let out a property through Romans in Burnham. I have been pleased with the service offered, the property was listed quickly on search engines, house viewings and open days organised well. Excellent advice given by David, Shannon and Kerensa on all my questions as was my first time as landlord. Good tenants found at rate asked for, and lots of background checks. Very pleased with the professional manner in which everyone has worked.

The staff was never responsive, absolutely passive and totally opportunistic. First to take money, last to fix the issue. Absolute scam!
Terrible service!

Scott Stevens was amazing to work with, throughout the whole process - they wanted nothing but to find me the right place and did exactly that! Scott and Abigail Jones have been nothing but helpful, updating me whenever possible - even to let me know there’s no updates just yet.

The process in reporting to the Building Manager to get things sorted has been slow as the contractors were meant to do it when I moved in two months ago… but good other than that.
