I was very pleased with the professional way Nathan Poulter of the Tilehurst branch kept me up to date with every stage of my move Into my new rented property and would definitely recommend them to other people

Lloyd has taken us through the initial stages of getting our house to market with a positive, confident approach which has realistically emphasised the strong features of our house. He has been organised and diligent in arranging the paperwork, photographer and the initial listing.

This was my first time using this company and I would definitely be using them in the future for any property related business. Dan Hind has been nothing but helpful and a pleasure to contact. Every issue or question i had was promptly rectified and answered. I would highly recommend Dan and the Tilehurst team for ANY property accusation in Reading.

We were renting with Romans, so we sold through Romans, and we even purchased through Romans. When Romans suggested we used Lifetime legal, we thought it would make more sense than our previous solicitor, more straight forward perhaps? Unfortunately not, Lifetime legal assigned us Ackroyed legal, they were useless. Having spoken to Lifetime legal, I thought everything was at hand, but turns out 2 months elapsed and they hadn't even started the process of selling our flat. The whole process was extremely stressful, fortunately, a trainee at Acroyed legal had to take over our file, ironically she was much better than the solicitor we were originally dealing with.

Fortunately for us and Romans, the moving manager was faultless and helped us through the stressful experience.

Overvalued our house by 35000 then when they won the business we had for reduce it all within a week. I guess doing that is the only way to win business due to the fees being so much higher than everywhere else. When had any queries got re-directed to a call centre as apposed to the branch and was treated like their work was done. Can get a lot better rates elsewhere don’t bother if selling!
