From the first interaction with the team, they were knowledgeable, honest and great at communicating. They provided market data to help inform our decision on marketing and price.

I contacted Romans Tilehurst for a probate sale after an unexpected death in the family. I had a couple of local estate agents out but Sarah was knowledgeable, genuine, experienced, and compassionate and this was the deciding factor over the other agents which gave off ‘first job/desperate for commission vibes’ which is not the approach for a probate sale. Sale proceeded as planned and we were kept updated. Thank you for your support at a difficult time.

Following the sad passing of my Father we reached out to several agents. Sarah was very compassionate and caring. She is very knowledgeable and supported us throughout the sale. Nothing was too much trouble and both Sarah and Lucy went above and beyond to find a buyer and sell the property. These guys at the Tilehurst office are great. Mark and Steve have been super helpful with helping me set up however the person I have dealt with the most, and the star of the show in my eyes, has to be Nathan Poulter.
He has been brilliant with communications as well as ensuring things happen in a timely manner. He has helped ensure a really smooth transition for me and I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for everything to date Nathan, would thoroughly recommend.

Quick enough to request your rent deposit but very slow to return it. Seems they probably have it sat in their account earning them interest on it instead of returning it straight away!
