18 days and still we have not had our deposit back. We have now been told they will not be back until the 3rd Jan so will then be 29 days at least until they do anything. Over £1,000 owed and a young family of 5 just before Christmas
Over 21 different letting managers in 10 years. They managed to lose the master keys for the property and we did a 312 mile round trip to deliver them back early so the landlord could get the house on the market faster and despite being told we would be reimbursed of course we have received/ heard nothing. Terrible company who are living up well to their cow boy image

Anne-Marie was extremely helpful with securing our property. She took the time on the phone to explain everything and all the questions we had have.

We dealt with Kerry from start to finish whilst one of her colleagues showed us the flat. Honestly, I couldn't wish for a better service from any estate agents, they were informative, approachable and happy to help with all the questions we had. We viewed the flat on the 6th and moved in on the 14th, the process was so swift and smooth, honestly I am so glad I dealt with you all as you made the experience worthwhile. I really appreciate how swift everything was and how you were always happy to help. When we went into Romans Wokingham as well, all the staff were happy to help and I would honestly recommend Romans Wokingham anyday! Thanks alot to you all

We chose Romans to sell our property as Ian Lewis was the most professional and friendly of several we met. The sales process was well managed throughout, a buyer was found quickly and the sale could have been concluded quickly, but for issues with the purchase of our new property. Ian also assisted with that, where possible. Both properties complete in 1 week and we are happy to recommend Romans in Wokingham.

We’ve had mixed experiences with Romans as a company over the years however Andrei Csomortani at the Wokingham branch has been excellent in his approach, communication and follow up. Hopefully he’ll be around for a while to continue on with the high level of service he has provided. 5 stars!

Response times to calls was good. Even if Ian was not around there was always someone available to assist. I was kept in the loop. Also, being very local meant I could easily pop in for information/updates where necessary. Fee policy was clear

Fast, reliable and pleasant experience. Moving long distances can be challenges however Sam made the experience stress and constantly remained in touch to manage expectations. All round good experience.

Kerry and everyone helped me hugely in locating a property perfect for my requirements. Also helped with finding the new tenant taking over the property that I was in. Incredible service thank you

Kerry went above and beyond helping to secure a suitable rental for my retired parents following a fire at their property. We were struggling to have offers accepted as we only needed the property for 12 months but with a very competitive market and multiply offers on each property most landlords opted for those looking for a more long term stay. Kerry, however, did a fantastic job finding an understanding landlord and helping us find a wonderful rental , thank you so much.
