I have never used a mortgage advisor before and was understandably spectacle. Never the less I signed up with Alistair Bowman for the service and it’s the best thing that I have ever done concerning mortgages. His professionalism is second to none always going the extra mile in terms of the best mortgage available. He even significantly reduced my purchase price! In regular contact keeping the client updated with latest developments and is always willing to help in whatever capacity is needed right up to exchange and completion. Overall making a very stressful process less so.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alistair’s services to anyone.

Nicola at Forest hall Branch is exceptional. Goes above and beyond in her daily work. She helped both myself and our daughter with our house sales, neither straightforward, we truly believe without Nicola neither sale might of happened! She is an asset to the firm!

The whole process from start to finish was very smooth. The communication and advice was excellent and we had good information about viewings. The staff were all very approachable and friendly.

The staff are friendly at the Bedlington branch and Alister the financial adviser walks you through the process and makes it less stressful as moving can be. The girls in the branch are helpfull and nothing is too much for them. I delt with Wendy Lily and Branch Manager Claire and they were all great would recommend using the to buy and sell your house

We have just completed on our house purchase and the service we received was ok, branch staff were not very efficient at returning calls, however Alastair the mortgage advisor was absolutely fantastic and the service and advice received from him was 10/10! Would definitely recommend anyone using Alastair, always available whether it be by phone or email and always followed through with what was discussed! She kept things moving, responded promptly, and was professional and supportive during what became quite a long transaction. We really appreciated her persistence and clear updates throughout.

Michael Storey was brilliant through my mortgage process and put my mind at ease with it being my first time buying a house solo. Would recommend him any day.
