We had an excellent experience with our estate agent, Dylan. Our purchase journey was not always smooth, but Dylan did everything he could to help make it happen.

He was extremely helpful in coordinating with the sellers, solicitors, and everyone involved, which made the whole process much smoother for us. His communication, support, and dedication were truly outstanding, and we really appreciated how hard he worked to keep things moving.

Dylan provided an excellent and terrific service from start to finish. We are very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and supportive estate agent.

Everyone at the West Denton branch were fantastic, and provided a very smooth house sale service and experience from start until end.

Having used a different agent for the sale of our property, we found the service offered by RMS Forest Hall to be miles apart for our purchase. We received very little communication from RMS regards our purchase and when we did, we found it to be inaccurate, outdated and unrealistic. We spent alot our of time having to chase various stakeholders to progress the purchase with little to no action from RMS. This eventually lead to the collapse of the purchase. We received no response to our communications in the lead up of pulling out of the purchase from RMS.

I recently used Alistair as my mortgage advisor again, this was my first time using him for just myself and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

From start to finish, he made the entire process feel straightforward and stress free. He took the time to answer every single question I had, no matter how small and never once made me feel like anything I asked was silly. That level of patience and reassurance really stood out considering mortgages can be daunting for a lot of people.

Alistair is incredibly knowledgeable but what I appreciated most was how genuinely invested he was in finding the best outcome for me. He is friendly and instantly makes you feel at ease while explaining things in detail so you can fully understand and make the right choices.

Overall, he was extremely helpful, approachable, and professional throughout. I’d have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive mortgage advisor. I haven’t and wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you Alistair!

Great service from the team, from day 1. Kept informed of every aspect of the process. Very helpful and approachable, would definitely recommend and would use them again. ( but hopefully won't have to).

RMS, Gosforth branch were excellent in selling my property. The staff particularly Natalie and Eve worked well on my behalf, to promote my best interest, maintaining contact with buyer to ensure smooth progress was maintained, while keeping me up to date.

Despite it taking a while to sell, due to the fall in the market, RMS staff continued to be positive and enthusiastic in promoting the property.

Claire and co at West Denton were brilliant; made a first time buying experience super easy.

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency.

Communication was poor and inconsistent. I was initially told I would be contacted to arrange a viewing, but no follow-up was made until I chased them myself.

After viewing the property and expressing strong interest, I was later told it had been given to someone else, while it still appeared to be actively advertised.

Overall, the process felt unclear and unprofessional.

While I understand your explanation, it does not fully address the main concern, which was the lack of clear and proactive communication throughout the process.

I only received updates after chasing multiple times, and at no stage was I given a clear understanding of my position or how applications were being handled.

Keeping a property actively advertised while applications are already under consideration, without clearly communicating this to new applicants, creates unnecessary confusion and raises concerns about transparency and consistency in the process.

I trust that all applicants are treated fairly and in line with professional standards, and I hope that future applicants experience a more transparent and well-communicated process.
