The designs are great! Comfortable and fashionable. The quality of the contruction is excellent! My only problem, thus only 4 stars instead of 5, is that one of the tops I ordered was not as it was pictured. This was my first order, and I will order again.

So far, so good. I hope to receive my order in a timely basis.

In your advertisement you posted that you have shipping free, but after I put my order you charged me a lot for shipping!

nice products, reasonable prices. postage is high, why is that?

Easy to shop, I may have given 5 star but I need to see what the purchases look and fit like! But, looks like nice items and hopefully I won't be disappointed:)

I just received the gorgeous shirt but upon trying it on, realized I'd ordered the wrong size as it's much too large for me. I have now requested an "even exchange" for the same shirt but one size smaller & am waiting for your RETURN ADDRESS in order to do so. The shirt itself is lovely & seems well-made but since it's so big, it's difficult to tell properly.

First I must Tell you that I’m French, so hope you will understand watt I’m writing.
1) no mistakes in my orders. ( I order at least 5 times)
2) they also very specific about delivery. The order number always on the e-mail, also a review of my order, whit instructions about delivery, ( like the approximate date of delivery,) info on coming tracking number, and how to use it.
3) at delivery, specify watch is back order ( if there is).

The only ! Is the discount codes. They are confusing example: the discount may apply only on final sale, but not valid on flash sale, ( I put a 5 ⭐️ because I may be a part of this because of language)

I start buying during the pandemic , in January 2020.

Your choice in styles etc is wonderfull!!

THought that shipping was a bit high but hoping the quality of the goods make up for it.

Well I like so much the clothes, is easy to choose and I´m so happy when I can buy what like me. The think that doesn´t like me it´s the time for delivery.

It took quite a while for the order to arrive. One pair of shoes has a terrible smell. They are sandals & I'm not even sure if I want them touching my skin! The blouse fits big & as someone else said, does not look as good as the ad. The fabric seems as though it has zero breathability. The other pair of shoes are just plain cheaply made & have no support or cushioning, feels like slippers. They are making the return process incredibly difficult & keep offering more & more of a discount in an effort to have me keep them. Even when my reason for the return was clear that I did not want them!

loved: I loved the organization of the products. It was very easy to find what I was looking for. I also love the special offers as I spent more and reached discount incentives.
Dissatisfied: However, when I tried to choose my discounted merchandise because I had spent more than $50 the link was broken. I then passed a spending threshold and was sent a text with a discount code. I was thrilled for an additional 20% off my order. However, when I went to my cart to purchase and finish my order there was no where to enter my code. I was also told I qualified for free shipping and chose that when checking out. When my confirmation receipt was finished my shipping was not free, but cost almost 30% of my total purchase.
I tried to initiate a live chat, believing that a representative would fix these technical errors, but did not get a reply. I would love for you to fix these dissatisfactions. It would be fun to write a review sharing that you were prompt in fixing technical errors.

Clothes are great, shipping took a bit but overall I am pleased with my items.
