I have bought several items from Rowen & Wren including furniture and soft furnishings. The quality of their products is fantastic and their customer support is excellent. There was a courier issue with a rug delivery which was resolved with no fuss and another rug was shipped immediately to arrive the following day. I have my eye on many more items!

ROWEN and WREN chair delivery not as expected
Chair from ROWEN and WREN arrived in the delivery slot however it was clear that DX had subcontracted the delivery. The 2 individuals who delivered the chair had very bad body odour which is still pervading the house 30 minutes later. I also had to persuade them to take away the packaging by showing them the email from ROWEN and WREN who stipulated this. This was not the service I expected.

DX have only been delivering to our customers for a very short time, and we are very much aware that things are not running as well as they ought to be. We're working very hard to minimise the impact on our customers but it goes without saying - and this has been raised with them - that our delivery service is to room of choice, with all packaging taken away.
I know our care team responded to your email yesterday so I do hope that we have adequately addressed your concerns but should this not be the case, do contact us again and we will of course do everything we can to help.

Absolutely charming
Rowen & Wren always has the most beautiful & charming pieces. The quality always exceeds my expectations and you can see the care and thoughtful detail that go into every item. I recently purchased the oak bathroom cabinet, for the second time, as it is so perfect and adds so much character to my small secondary bathrooms. If I could buy a little cottage and outfit it completely in Rowen & Wren, I think I would be the happiest person in the world!

Purchasing with Rowen and Wren is a pleasure from start to finish- lovely catalogue of enticing products.my recent purchase of cotton padded bench seat has not disappointed Colour combination of saffron yellow on one side and blue ticking stripe on other looks great on terrace seat and quality is excellent. Nice Product; Problems with Delivery
I'm happy with the footstool I ordered. It's a well-made and attractive product, although rather expensive for the size.
There were problems with delivery. The item didn't arrive on the day promised and initially appeared to have been lost by the delivery company. However, Rowen and Wren worked hard to resolve the issue.

We have been quite severely affected by some changes taking place with our delivery partner which have left a number of customers quite inconvenienced through no fault of their own.

Purchased the Bilton bathroom shelf
Purchased the Bilton bathroom shelf, it was expensive for what it is as glass is not tempered and is not thick either.
Cost with delivery £94.
I received the shelf but package was not checked before dispatch as it had only one wall plug.
I have emailed and was told they would send one out. Had to email again - still no spare received .

I love this company
I love this company! The chair is beautiful and really does look 100% handmade.
Delivery info. was vague from start to finish but I didn't need it urgently so went with the flow and it did not matter as it was still within the expected time.
Excellent delivery and assemble service. Going to buy more!!

Garden table fiasco
I ordered a garden table which failed to arrive on the delivery date that I had selected and I am still waiting for today. Since that time there was no reason given for the failed delivery, there was complete confusion as to when I could expect the delivery. Eventually it arrived today, over 3 weeks since I ordered it, the top was damaged and there was no assembly pack. Unbelievable. I have not received a refund for the delivery charge or been offered any compensation. I am incredibly disappointed in this company. There is little point in having a glossy website with expensive goods if they fail to arrive on time or undamaged.

We are struggling with some rapid changes to our delivery provider that have caused us huge problems and great inconvenience to many of our customers, you among them. You did speak to our Head of Operations around the time you posted this review and he assured you that once delivery had successfully been made of a new table next week, he would personally call you back and discuss the matter of compensation, and this will happen as promised. Our apologies for the disappointment and great frustration caused, we are working very hard indeed to put this right as quickly as we are able to.

Purchased Amelie chair. Photos suggest mid tone oak. The chair is actually dark. Pretty chair in design but colour shown in photos very misleading. Request sample of wood before purchasing.
