Just love this place all the staff are so friendly and helpful.
I asked the pharmacist for some advice regarding pain killing medication prescribed by my doctors. I have been suffering from unbearable lower back pain for weeks. The conversation resulted in my pains being reduced to a level that I am able to cope with, within 24 hours.

Shocking wait
Shocking wait. The male who served me is excellent but the wait time is horrendous. There were several females in the background working but surely they could help out when there is a queue of 15 to 20 people! Shameful.

Fantastic service from staff
I don’t know if my review went through, so I’m going to do it again.
Fantastic experience today at Rowlands pharmacy Crossgates Cupar.
I needed an emergency prescription because I was away from home.
The lady who served me was incredibly kind and helpful and bent over backwards to make sure I got my prescription..

All staff members create a lovely, warm, and welcome environment.
Tracy in particular is so friendly and talked me through how I could manage my meds more effectively. She suggested a 4-weekly dosette box which can be delivered to my home address. I decided to do this.

Poor service
Penicuik branch- Arrived and handed my prescription to an assistant, no welcome. She asked my DOB and walked away. Left me standing as a conversation was had with the pharmacist. She then went on a pc and I could hear typing. I asked what was I to do, she said, wait five mins, how would I have known that. Then the pharmacist came out, shouted my name, checked address and that was it. Absolutely no friendliness or chat. I won’t be back.

Got a text saying prescription was…
Got a text saying prescription was ready for collection went too collect and they couldn’t source it then said it’s now awaiting sign off from pharmacist.Maybe the next time they could ensure it is ready for collection before texting saying it is when it’s obviously not.I went back the next day and it was ready although there was a balance too it an idea maybe they should ensure all of the order is ready for collecting before messaging

Easy to use, great service
I order my meds online through the Rowlands app. It's very easy to use and, unlike some other health apps, I only had to register my prescription charges exemption once. Now I simply choose which medicine I want to order, check the details and confirm. It usually arrives within 3 days and I receive updates on progress at each stage of the journey.

poor excuse for a pharmacy
Absolute piss poor excuse for a pharmacy!!! If you need your meds DONT go here. I've dropped prescriptions in here and didn't get them for 2 Weeks at times with excuse "Didn't have them in stock" well doesn't take 2 weeks to get stock! Also don't bother ringing as they never answer and just disconnect you!

No Medication to pick up
Staff are good. Medication can be hit or miss at the Drumsagard Rowlands In Hallside. Seriously thinking of changing Pharmacy. Can the not have a Q to pick up prescription that have either been ordered to pick up
