I'm a regular customer at RRG Silsden and would never consider going to any other service centre of dealership.

Had an appointment for hand over for the car for 3 pm.
Arrived around 2.45. Was asked if I wanted a coffee etc and to wait in the waiting room. Around 3.30 I had to get up and ask how long will it be. To me a 3 pm appointment is 3 pm . The person who was handing the car did apologise for the delay stating that customers on earlier appointments turned up late.
That is why I have given a 4 star instead of 5. After that everything went very smoothly.There was no pressure sales about the gap and scratch insurance which I appreciated

The whole process was friendly, professional and fast. Lisa who organised the sale was very professional, not at all pushy as in other companies and really knew her facts. Equally Adam who organised the finance was very good. I would recommend RRGandwill go back to them again for services and future purchases.

Very good experience from initial contact to handover. Lukas was very easy and straightforward to deal with and I highly recommend RRG Skoda Bolton.

my wife and i have been loyal skoda owners over 30yrs,and bought our currant skoda scala from rrg bolton branch. we wanted an early renewal into a new scoda scala, what followed next was a masterclass dihonest sales tactics, our current scala is in immaculate condition , full scoda service history, and done a rare 4800 miles from new, our early finance is £13,906,54p. instead of treating lifelong customers the sales manager to low ball our trade in value at just £12,000 to manufacture a negative equity, worse still when challenged ,the salesperson said that the skoda deposit£1,750, plus the loyalty bonus £650 total £2, 400 already included in that low price,to inflate dealership profits.he then gave me an offer sheet £282 a month up from £250 a month,what he included on the sheet without my consent gap insurance special paint. if i wanted to pay the £250 that i was allready on he wanted of me a massive £3,000 down.what the agent did on his computer screen. car valuation £11,350, he then used skoda deposit £1,750, loyalty bonus £650. total £2,400. we then refused to be bullied got up and left losing a life long customer. allways check paperwork

I had a fab experience buying my SKODA Kamiq from the team at Bolton. Mark and Adam were both wonderful to deal with and delivered on all their promises. I did a part exchange, and Mark was incredibly helpful in sorting out all the paperwork, tax, and extra details.... including making sure the car was cleaned to a high standard as I have OCD with cleanliness. I am going through a tough time at the moment, so his support meant I didn’t have to stress about anything. The entire process was efficient, smooth, and stress free. I am happy with the service recd and highly recommend them :)

I booked Skoda Enyac in for service. Helen and the team couldn't have been more helpful. on collection served with a smile and offered a range of coffee with a biscuit no less. great service all round thanks Skoda rochdale team.

Today we purchased a Toyota from RRG Stockport. Andrew Stanley looked after us. Andrew has to be one of the most knowledgable sales people we have dealt with - not only technically and commercially - but has that rare ability to truly understand what his customer wants and what car will best meet their needs. He is not frightened to say 'no' if he doesn't think it's right! He is a credit to RRG Stockport and a pleasure to do business with.

Purchased a second hand Fiat 500 from RRG in Silsden. The whole experience was amazing and a special thanks to Chris. Went to look at the car no pressure sales pitch. Chris was really helpful and made the whole experience stress free. He has restored my faith in car salesmen, even a courtesy call after I picked the car up to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this garage.

Skoda, What a welcoming dealership in Bolton. We initially visited to just ‘size’ up the Skoda kodiak on the motorbility scheme, but the warm welcome from Lisa ensured we stayed to chat further about our son’s requirements. We arranged to revisit in order to test drive a Kodiak, and once again we were made really welcome. Out of all the dealerships we visited in Bolton, we had the best experience at Skoda, so much so we ordered a car! Lisa looked after us really well, spending time showing us around the various cars inside and outside, to ensure we were happy with our model and colour choice. We had coffee and biscuits each visit and all the staff were friendly and chatty without being pushy. When we collected our new car, Lisa effortlessly ‘walked’ us through the exchange of our old motorbility car to our new one. Before it was time to go and see our car for the first time, we had a quick visit from Fran the sales manager. Fran checked that we had had a good experience at Skoda and wished us all the best with our new car. When Lisa took us to hand over the car, it was in the ‘delivery suite’ hidden under a giant cloth. With our son all ready to see his new car, Lisa removed the cloth with a ‘dah dah’ making his day. The only thing left was for Lisa to run through some of the many functions of the kodiak. She was patient and understanding of what we would need to know. As we went to drive away she reminded us that she was there for any questions or problems. Later that evening we remembered we had left our sons disabled seat belt ID/ notification cover. It was out of hours and so we emailed Lisa. She responded and ensured that the cover was retrieved for us to collect when we were next passing. Perfect!

We would highly recommend Skoda Bolton.

Prior to visiting Skoda Bolton we had researched the car we were looking for and found Phil and Fran to be helpful. As we knew what we wanted Phil was informative about the car and open to any questions we had. We appreciated the direct response to our questions. A huge thank you to Lisa for her excellent customer service. She spent hours helping me with the finance and technical information on my new car. This made the whole process experience easy and stress free. Nothing was too much trouble, and I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for an outstanding service.

after only having the Kamiq for 5 weeks its battery died twice this week, spoke to Lisa Gamer-Cooper via Email she could not have been less interested , I know we got car on Motability so I guess that means we don't count as a customer.

If battery goes a third time we will be surrendering the car back to Motability and I have had Vauxhalls for over 20 years and never had to use breakdown service. Skoda however twice in same week.

Great customer care, staff and very easy process

Really pleased with the service we had when buying our vehicle. We had a small issue which was quickly rectified and was resolved without any inconvenience to us. We dealt with Lisa and Adam who delivers cars to customers and they couldn't have don't anymore for us. Thank you very much to both.

From start to finish everything was explained to me in plain English.
