Smooth transaction.

A very trusted business with a great record of honesty, transparency and great customer relationships

received discount code but cant apply it to next purchase

My order took far too long to arrive. I was happy to for it as it was not urgent but 2months wait was far to long. I ordered in November 20th and it arrived last week 7th February. I did get an email a couple of days after ordering to say it was on order and would arrive late December but it didn't so I emailed again to ask and was told late January in which it did not arrive then I emailed again and in Few days it arrived. I have a feeling it got forgotten. Anyway, I am happy with the product.

Great experience - Items arrived as described and very quickly - thank you

RUN RUN RUN!!!

Shady company to Deal with, make sure you use PayPal for the best protection. They tried slugging me with a 2.5% re stocking fee with something they "Apparently" had in stock yet to Lazy to send. Also they Tried getting me cancel the PayPal dispute so they can do the shady crap with your money.

Stay Safe

Very knowledgeable response to our needs. We ended up NOT with what others were trying to sell us. They told us that we didn’t need what we were asking for.

What is this company doing well?... Delivering

Presonus Quantum ES-2
Ordered on Sunday, Dispatched on Monday and received in Hamilton on Tuesday...✅
I bought this item as my current microphone interface does not have enough gain.
Not only does the Presonus Quantum ES-2 have more than enough gain, 75dB, it also sounds better.
It is well made and easy to operate with the ability to repeat settings which can be labelled and stored with the associated free software.
I am very happy with this purchase

Had to make a warranty claim on a Shure Aonic 3 IEM which had one failed driver and the guys at Rubber Monkey made the whole process very easy and provided an excellent service. My faulty Aonic 3’s were eventually replaced with a full new replacement kit from stock as the delay getting a new driver from the States would have been exceptionally long.

Helpful and friendly. Have good advice via email. Prompt online service.

Aways find deliveries are well packed and notification about arrivals are accurate. Never had a problem. Support general pretty good for enquiring after difficult to find items. Notified about time delays if item has to be ordered in. Again generally pretty accurate. Good service.

Delivery and communication were both timely and prompt.

I'm always grateful that my orders are processed and dispatched so quickly, usually received by the next day if ordered before lunch. If you have a shoot and need some gadgets quickly, I can recommend Rubber Monkey!

Super fast delivery, film in excellent condition and the sweet treats were a lovely touch. Will be purchasing again!
