Whilst other companies closer to home wanted to charge silly money for my request, Rustic Stone had a set price that i felt was in keeping with my design and i wasn't disappointed. My mothers memorial plaque was exactly what i had pictured, thank you Rustic Stone.

I ordered a stone in memory of my beloved dog which I sadly lost last year - I wanted the stone in time for what would have been his 13th Birthday - I put this as a note on the website and immediately received an email back from Jeremy promising to do his best - true to his word the stone has arrived in good time for me to be able to place on his final resting place tomorrow. A lovely stone which arrived exactly as requested. Highly recommended.

Our new house sign looks lovely! We weren't keen on the first shape of slate, but explained to Jeremy what we were looking for and he found us the perfect shape!

Jeremy was extremely helpful when I phoned him to discuss the slate sign that we were interested in. It was reassuring to be able to actually speak to somebody who genuinely seemed interested in ensuring that we would be happy with the sign.

I had a terrible experience with *another* website and it really burnt me - I had tried to order two signs and it all went wrong. So on approaching rusticstone.net and Jeremy I was feeling really cautious and really made sure to be so careful.

Gosh - I didn't need to worry at all. I cannot put words to how amazing my experience has been - it was everything that the other website wasn't.

For a start the company is registered on Companies House! Secondly, Jeremy was so helpful answering all my questions before I even ordered anything. He then provided me with proofs of the two slate signs I wanted, and modified them until I was happy they were perfect. I wanted various things that weren't even on the website but this was never a problem.

Following a valuable discussion about the various types of slate available I placed my order. Despite him saying they were very busy he was able to get my two signs made (one for me, one for my mum) and delivered easily within the timeframe he proposed. Delivery was good too - the next day and with excellent sturdy packaging.

The signs were absolutely exquisitely made and absolutely gorgeous. There was a bit of a glitch (but a glitch highlighting continued amazingness from this company) - I had a concern about a natural fault in the slate of one of the signs, a fault that had only appeared with some of the work done for the sign. Jeremy had already said I would either love it or not, and that it was worth me seeing it. If I didn't love it he was more than willing to remake it for me.

My mum's sign was absolutely spot on. On seeing my sign, I didn't quite love it - NOT because it wasn't beautiful, because it was - but because the fault naturally present in the piece of slate I received was too pronounced for the overall look I was aiming for. I expressed this concern to Jeremy and again it was no problem. A new sign was made and sent and this new sign is 200% perfect!!!

The quality of the slate, the way it has been finished, the depth of the lettering, the silver of the silver...! I can find no fault at all with the slate or the service I have received.

Neither myself nor my mum would hesitate to recommend Jeremy and this company and we will certainly do so when we get asked about our beautiful signs! Thank you so much!

My lovely German shepherd passed away last month and I wanted a simple, small memorial stone for her to put in the garden.
I went for the chunky free standing slate with silver lettering. You never know how these things are going to be when you order on line, so you do take a bit of a risk...however, I was so pleased when it arrived last week, it was even better than I had imagined.

I have had three slate memorials made y this company and now have had a custom made slate base for a plaque I was presented with. They have all been absolutely excellent work and completed quickly. I am delighted with the work. In my memorial garden I have a stone for my daughter, my husband and my parents as well as my latest plaque and would recommend the company to anyone without reservation.

After our beloved cat died, I wanted an irregular slate marker to put in her favorite sunspot. The stone is absolutely beautiful. We love the rough edges that look more natural, the color is just right, and the engraving is lovely. We thank Rustic Stone so much for the care they took with our memorial stone. They were easy to deal with and prompt, and the quality is excellent. We ordered from the US because I couldn't find anything like I wanted here. I was worried about shipping, but it was $50 for a fairly big stone, which seemed reasonable.

I'd gotten in touch with Rustic Stone to have a memorial plaque done for my dad's grave. I had placed the order over the Christmas period. They weren't back from holiday until the 4th Jan and I needed the plaque to take down with me, from Scotland to Devon, by the 12th. The Company was terrific in keeping in touch about the order and ensured it arrived on time. I can only say they were a pleasure to deal with and the plaque is absolutely perfect.

Rustic Stone produced a perfect memorial for our dogs. The design process was very easy and the result was better than I could have hoped for. They provide great service with that old fashioned personal touch. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a memorial to a loved one, be it 4-legged or 2-legged.

We ordered a memorial stone for our beloved cat. I wanted a high-quality irregular-shaped natural stone plaque that would fit in with our garden, and this was the only company I could find to offer what I wanted. Jeremy was extremely helpful in refining the online design, advising on colouring and ensuring we were happy with the mock-up before proceeding - and the finished product arrived much quicker than expected. The finish is really beautiful and couldn't be more perfect. It rests where she lies, under her favourite tree - a fitting, comforting, healing tribute to our cherished pet.

I needed two slate signs preparing to a similar design for two holiday let properties on the same site. I found several companies online, but liked Rustic Stone's website and online template which gave a good indication of the look of each sign. Having placed the order, I liked that Jeremy contacted me quickly seeking approval of mock ups of each sign and confirming paint colours and engraving style. Following approval of the mock-ups, the two slate signs arrived safely through the post very swiftly and probably quicker than I expected. Both slates are now in place, and are exactly what I hoped for.
