I used Rustic Stone's template on their website to prepare the plaque and received an exellent quote. I spoke to Rustic Stone directly to request an urgent delivery and then changed the delivery address which was no problem to them at all. When the plaque arrived we were all very impressed and are thinking of changing a memorial plaque previously bought for our father which is not of the same professional standard. Delivery was to my timing, notificationa received that it had been despatched and delivered so I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Found the design template easy to use and Jeremy very helpful when we couldn't get the design we wanted to fit. First time used this service - very impressed.

Having been scammed by another website, when I ordered and paid for a slate house sign that never arrived, I was very dubious about ordering again. Especially as many of the websites I looked at were obviously other trade names of the scam website I had already used. I was unable to find what I was looking for locally and so eventually found rustic stone. Jeremy was able to put my mind at ease about ordering online from him and was he very helpful. I received my order promptly and exactly as described. I would thoroughly recommend Rustic Stone.

This the second time I have brought from Rusticstone. The service from beginning to end is first class nothing is too much trouble! I will most defiantly be buying from them again!

Saw this on ebay but their own website allowed more choices. Being able to design and use own clipart/picture is a good touch (perhaps more font styles would be better? ). The online designing was nice and easy. Waited for it longer than usual because he went on holiday (why wasn't I notified? hence minus 1*). Was very pleased with it when it arrived - all as I designed. There was a slight problem with it though.. one side was very thin making fixing to wall butt clenching nervy as too much pressure on screwing in would have broken it...remedy was a few washers as packing (for this another minus 1*). Overall though I would recommend them.

I worked hard renovating a rustic cottage in mid Wales, and a sign for the front door was the finishing touch. This company made us a beautiful one, and the whole process was simplicity itself. You can choose the shape of the stone and make a mock-up on their user-friendly website. They delivered swiftly and it looks great. We liked it so much that later when the gate sign was beyond rescue, we had them make a more formal rectangular slate piece with the same type-face. Very versatile!
Communications were prompt and pleasant.
I'm a very happy customer and would wholeheartedly use this company again.

We have received our memorial plaque from Rustic Stone and are over the moon with it.The slate we selected is of a really high quality and the printing and layout fantastic.The service was great,when i called to say we might be away when it was supposed to be delivered they offered to recall the courier and wait until our return.It is hard enough when you lose your Pet so to get friendly helpful service is so much appreciated.Thankyou

I have used Rustic Stone on three occasions. Twice for our two holiday homes (free standing) and once for our own home which is a hanging sign . I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Jeremy is a very efficient and helpful guy and doesn't make false promises in delivery etc. his communication is second to none and I would always use Rustic Stone for any future house names or similar items I require.

From the moment of contact the Staff tried their very very best to help and advise.They even redesigned my stone after my attempts on their site. For us oldies who are not quite up to dealing with a computer design programme ,dont worry they will help.

My cat Prue was the most loyal, loving and wonderful pet anyone could ask for. Needless to say I was devastated when her life was cut short due to stomach cancer. Having laid her to rest in a rather special part of my garden I wanted an equally special memorial stone and Rusticstone gave me exactly that. It was just what I wanted and, although money wasn't an issue by aby means, was excellent value. I know I will use Rusticstone again but hopefully it won't be too soon.

Alexis, my wife, needed a way to remember her dog Toffee and I recalled seeing a marker stone at a friends that was discrete and simple. Rusticstone's web site was easy to find from Google and their team I dealt with gave good and sympathatic advice. The good news is a headstone was delived in a timely way and is now placed at Toffees favorite place where she could bask in the summer sun. We miss her a great deal, although she was a grand old lady at 18 when she died, and Alexis and I can sit at Toffee's place with my dog Moongate, a rescue dog from Ireland, enjoying may happy hours remembering a very special Boarder Terrier
