My experience with SAAL is based on the production of more than 10 large 28x28 photobooks. In addition to SAAL software, I work with Lightroom CC for post-processing the images. This combination works perfectly if you want to format large files in a photo book. During the layout, you can quickly correct images in Lightroom or Photoshop afterwards and then download them again to SAAL layout. The SAAL layout program for photo books is of a very high quality, very stable and logically structured.
The production of the photo book by SAAL is very fast, after a few days you will receive the book, of course perfectly packaged.
I am extremely satisfied with the final result. I have donated a number of books to friends, they were extremely surprised by the very high quality.
One more reason to continue with SAAL.

Postcards were well produced. Thank you. However, the picture was no centred, leaving white margins on three sides which I had to crop. Perhaps it was my error on the first attempt to make a card.

I love the way the books came out.
Sometimes a little bit too dark but that's something you ought to fix with pre presses or prints so no worries about that.

The thing I'm worried about is that the packet was dropped outside of my garage port not even my front door in rainy weather. Luckily the rain didn't break but i was surprised that proffesional photobooks were left in front of a garage. This is more of a thing that DPD in Belgium do this kinda thing bt wanted you to know. i would've send an email either way.

The program to design the photobook was excellent. User friendly and very creative. The final result was very satisfying.

I needed this photo book urgently and Saal delivered it on time and it was so professional looking. My son just loved the memories of his youth as did his future bride to be.

Die Mühe Bilder für mein Vogelbuch zusammenzustellen, zu sortieren und zu beschreiben, hat sich zu 100% ausgezahlt. Ich habe von saal-digital zwei sehr hochwertige Fotobücher erhalten. Selbst Fotos über die Doppelseite platziert, können ohne Bilkdverlust angesehen werden, da die Bindung über alle Seiten flach ist. Schon das Cover greift sich sehr angenehm an, die Auswahl für mattes Fotopapier hat mich sehr überzeugt.
Das Bearbeitungsprogramm ist sehr verständlich und es wird Hilfe von saal-digital angeboten.
Rundum bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meiner Bestellung und kann saal-digital mit 5 Sternen nur empfehlen.

Super fast and of excellent quality

I am so frustrated with the delay in replies from their customer service! I have an order ready to submit for the past 5days pending an answer to a question about a preview vs editing page discrepancy and I get 1 reply every 24hours with no verification on my question. This issue still has not been sorted and I'm still waiting on a reply since yesterday. VERY SLOW customer service

We received the photobook with quality more than we expected. Very happy with it!!

Intention was good but as we can see into the chat my attempt to overcome a bug into ur app resulted in days of talk, post pone decisions and consequently further human errors .
