Das Fotoalbum ist einfach großartig geworden. Sehr schnell erledigt. Das einzige Problem bestand bei der Lieferung, da das Lieferunternehmen die Adresse nicht finden konnte. Die Manager von Saal Digital waren jedoch während der gesamten Erstellung und Lieferung des Auftrags behilflich. Recht schnelle Antworten per E-Mail. Die Website zum Erstellen von Fotoalben ist recht praktisch, aber langsam. Das Projekt stürzte oft ab oder Fotos wurden nicht geladen. Aber im Großen und Ganzen bin ich mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Die Fotos sind von hoher Qualität und ich bin angenehm überrascht von der Gestaltung des Covers. Dank des Gutscheins konnte ich dieses Unternehmen kennenlernen. Und wenn das Bestelladressenformular so korrigiert ist, dass keine falschen Adressen übersehen werden, werde ich diese Website jedem, den ich kenne, wärmstens empfehlen.

I liked the quick turnaround and the ability/software to create the print work. I did not like the paper selection. It was not clear to me what would be the best paper for images and I believed the coated was. Even though it mentioned silver and gold. I thought this was like the standard of good paper. It turns out I printed on actual silver/cold-coated paper, which I am not quite sure I would have selected for images. I believe Saal could have provided more helpful information on the paper selection including the best recommendations for different intended outcomes and an image example likely would have helped as well.

Great quality and super fast delivery! Can only recommend this.
Just love the look and touch of the prints (art line).
Furthermore the software does an excellent job of creating and saving projects.
The prices are relatively high, but mostly you can get a voucher. The combination of offers confuses a lot, as prices might jump if you add or substract items. But if you find out, you get high quality for reasonable prices.

The most frustrating experience in ordering online.

I am a professional photographer and get about 100 calendars to sell every year. For the past 3-4 years I've been buying them from Saal and apart from a few things they were ok.
This year is an ongoing disaster and I am disparately trying to sort this in any way possible. on the 17th Nov, I ordered 66 of one kind and 25 of another calendar and 2 photobooks for myself. I ordered the 66 in express as I needed them earlier and the second part was meant to arrived the 27th Nov. The 66 arrived all good, maybe even a day early, I got the shipping info when they were posted. I never got a shipping notification for the second part so I contacted customer service on the 28/29th and inquire. They had no idea what happened, they said it might have got lost in shipping but never offered an explaination or anything. I have been sending emails back and over for the past 6 days and it has been the most frustrating thing. They sent me a voucher to order again but didn't cover the full amount, then didn't work, then the website/app doesn't accept my order, etc etc. I am losing business/reputation and it doesn't seem to be going anywhere and there is no urgency from anyone I have been dealing with. I am completely powerless and they have my money so I can't really do anything. This is the last time I'm ordering anything from Saal.

I've been requested to review my feedback and I can't understand the reason. Below correctly confirms my experience

I had a three issues.

First, as happened on my previous order, I specified matt paper on one of my 3 orders and the system changed the paper type. When my order was in the cart, I couldn't understand the reason for price difference, which lost me time finding out. Last time I failed to notice and received one of my books with the incorrect paper type.
Secondly. I signed up for your newsletter when I saw the offer of 5 euros but when I placed the offer code into the cart it was rejected. From the unhelpful reply I received I couldn't understand the reason. Saal be careful with that issue, as it could appear you are intentionally targeting to obtain clients to sign up to your newsletter without delivery of the reward.
Thirdly, I tried at least 5 times to place my order using my Visa card, which my bank gave acceptance to each time but your system wouldn't accept payment. That lost me another day. I told your colleagues and received what I considered an unhelpful reply from a lady called Vivan. I replied to her to say all I was trying to do was to place an order and that there is a bug in your check out. It perhaps not what she said but in the manner she said it. Perhaps it was her off day? I replied along those lines, as on the last occasion I was again unable to purchase using Visa and reverted to PayPal.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von meiner neuen Fotobuch! Die Qualität der Fotos ist hervorragend, die Farben sind lebendig und jedes Detail wird gestochen scharf wiedergegeben. Die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten waren vielseitig und einfach zu bedienen, was mir geholfen hat, meine schönsten Erinnerungen genau so festzuhalten, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Das Papier fühlt sich hochwertig an und die Bindung ist stabil, was für eine lange Haltbarkeit sorgt. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, meine nächste Fotobuch zu erstellen und werde diesen Anbieter auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Ein tolles Produkt, das Erinnerungen für die Ewigkeit schafft.

Zeer mooi resultaat. Voor het eerst softcover geprobeerd. Bevalt goed maar hardcover is sjieker. Ik heb al veel boeken via Saal gemaakt en besteld. Altijd netjes en in meeste gevallen erg snel. Software is intuitief. Leert dus snel.

Being a professional photographer residing in Berlin, I have often struggled to find a good quality printing shops.

I have my photo exhibition planned in a week and thought to give it a try with Saal Digital. I would say I am more than happy with the prints along with the quality delivery services.

Depuis que je suis sur Saal Portal et que j'ai pris l'adhésion Prio je n'ai que des problèmes.
- Les frais d'envois sont facturés,
- sur des envois avec adresses multiples il manque 1 envoi, après réclamation pas comprise une nouvelle commande est relancée et facturée avec encore les frais de port (qui devraient être gratuit avec Prio).
- impossible d'accéder au suivi de commande depuis Saal Portal ou le lien mail
-impossible de télécharger la facture depuis Saal Portal
La seule façon de contacter le service client c'est par mail, il faut attendre les réponses ce qui ne simplifie pas du tout la relation client en cas de problème. C'est trop long et les demandes ne sont pas comprises ce qui engendre des problèmes supplémentaires
Depuis 5 ans j'étais cliente sur Saal, je regrette le passage à Saal portal

Excellent work! Morning mist/nebula brought out excellent and that was a subtle-subtle job. If I have
enough money I will have another print like this for myself.
