Had a exceptional experience at Masjid Al Aqsa tour through Sabeel Travels with brother Faraz and the group. A very calm and respectful mannered gentleman, very knowledgeable. Tours and speakers arranged throughout the week and explained history throughout the ages. Hotel, staff and food was absolutely lovely. Definitely recommend going through Sabeel Travels.

We have just returned from a tour of Al Aqsa. Everything was perfect!
The hotel (Hashimi) was lovely with good food and hospitality.
The excursions to the various significant religious sites were very well organised, delivered by Shaykh Saleh and a local Palestinian Archaeologist.
The itenary for the week was well scheduled to also allow enough time for individual worship, shopping etc.
Brother Faraaz (tour operator), was readily available throughout and very approachable to help.
I will not hesitate to book with Sabeel Travels again.

Salaam. I would like to thank Faraz, a true gentleman by heart & caricature.
From day one, the brother would remind everyone when the restaurant was serving breakfast & the evening meal. Throughout the tour, checking on everybody. The hotel was amazing, and the staff were fantastic as well as housekeeping. The overall tour of palistine defo 5 star. His team members who spent time showing & explaining the history and sites were absolutely fantastic. The sister who gave the tour around Al Aqsa compound was fantastic, marshallah.The coach tour shiekh saleh was brilliant on the ball .
With everything. He had jokes 🤣 and a lot of banter as well. Full of engery hamdulillah. Overall, 101%.Will be travelling with Faraz in the future.

Al Aqsa Tour with Sabeel Travel was amazing experience.
From booking to returning back to UK Sabeel Travel kept us updated & informed all the way.
The customer service from Faraz was exceptional he was patient, polite & made sure all our questions was answered.
The Hashimi Hotel was great location not too far from Al Aqsa Masjid less then 10 mins walk.
The guides he used for tour's were great with in depth knowledge of Aqsa and Jerusalem.
Dinner in Hashimi was great with freshly cooked different dishes every day Alhumdulilah.
Overall a great experience & would not hesitate to travel again with Sabeel Travels.

This holiday was a treat for my 60th Birthday. I absolutely loved it . Sabeel Travels have organised this package perfect. I felt safe both In Jordan and In Jerusalem. Essa being so young did a fantastic job and his dad Faraz also did a fantastic tour In Jerusalem, we got see so much Islamic history. Thank you for sn amazing experience. I went on Jordan & Masjid Al Aqsa Tour on Feb 18-26 2023 with Sabeel Travels first time and had a great time. It was also a well organised tour with a spiritual experience. A balanced tour in general as it provided us the extra visits to certain places.
Wadi Rum was surreal, admiring the mountains in the desert. So amazing.
Petra, so wonderful and the tour guide, gave us a lot of info about it. We stopped at The Dead Sea, which was a bonus.
We tasted oranges grown locally. A gift from the guide, a very kind gesture. They were sweet and juicy. Thank you so much, Brother.
In Jerusalem, I was impressed with the Sister who gave a lot of information on Masjid Al Aqsa and The Dome Of The Rock.
The Dome Of The Rock gave many photo opportunities to share with families and friends. I learned so much from the guide who showed us the Blessed places around the Holy Land. Brother explained the history of events that happened. That was greatly appreciated.
I want to thank the guides for their knowledge, also the drivers who took us around.
The hotels were superb and the food delicious. I had the opportunity to taste “Marquba”, the Jordanian National dish. Very nice.
I want to say a very big thank you to the whole team for the effort to make the tour a successful one. Many thanks to Brother Faraz and Eesa. I definitely recommend Sabeel Travels.

Jordan & Al Aqsa tour
I did the Jordan and Al Aqsa 9days tour with Sabeel travels.
The 2 trips were organised so well i cant fault it at all. We were given an itinerary before so we knew what we was doing each day.
We stayed at different hotels wich were all really nice. The food was all included in our package except for lunch in Jerusalem.
The tours were conducted amazingly. Each place we went to had a tour guide explaining everything with details. They were always happy to take questions and answer them.
Eesa and brother Faraz were always available when needed. Excellent communication and customer service.
I would deffinatly recommend sabeel travels to everyone.

Astagfirullah! Never with this tour group again!

Firstly I would like to start off by expressing my disappointment with the tour company “Sabeel Travels”, especially with the tour guide himself “Faraz”! Rude,arrogant attitude that was racially active, which made my journey to the blessed lands more difficult.

Day one: Arriving to Luton Airport

Faraz nowhere to be seen and no updates given on a specific meeting point for the members of the group. No sense of organisation but simply a walking, talking money machine. Has no interest in getting to know the individuals within the group but keen to know how much money he can scam from each one of us. No Islamic knowledge on the rulings of travelling and prayer. As a tour guide he should have provided each member of the group a small bag pack so others could identify one another within the group. As we landed in Tel Aviv, faraz was rushing everyone, took no consideration of families and elder members of the group. Running ahead of everyone and leaving the group behind, maybe he has a lack of confidence or no self esteem because he clearly can’t talk or deliver instructions to a large group of people. He personally called me a “Jew” because I had visited the blessed lands before and was very vigilant about what information he was telling the whole group.

Day 2:

The day of the Masjid Aqsa tour, Faraz again was late and had no sense of direction, half the group waiting and the others just lost after Zuhur pray. I personally left the tour group at this point and did my own private worship as I had visiting the blessed lands before I knew my way around very well. Both my brother & sister followed the group and was waiting around for an hour for faraz to get his ideas together so start the tour. This man doesn’t have any knowledge at all and the actual tour was given by a Palestinian lady. After the tour had finished I met with my siblings at the hotel which we encountered the devil himself faraz who was very inquisitive about my whereabouts that afternoon asking very demanding questions and wanted answer. So I explained to him that I went and did some private worship and visiting the other areas of the old city, one of them being the Jewish quarter to see the wailing wall - faraz made a very rude gesture and comment saying “did you join your brothers in prayer and banged your against the wall wearing your kipper as you are a Jew” I stayed very patient and ignored all this as I’m in the blessed haram and didn’t want to cause any argument or tension between the group.

Day 3:

What an awful sense of communication and direction, had everyone waiting in the lobby for 8 but didn’t leave the hotel till 9 as he was waiting for breakfast to be cooked for his friend “Saleh”, the bus tour itself was very rushed and some parts very inappropriate for example singing “wheels on the bus” which was completely unnecessary. On the bus when visited blessed areas he was rushing the whole group and made us stop at specific shops, clearly to make some sort of commission as he was practically forcing people to buy items for these shops. One lady of the tour requested to go to the toilet but this joke of a man called “Saleh” tried making a mockery and showing up this individual saying she should have gone at the mosque and not half way during the drive as this was clearly an inconvenience for him and his mate Faraz! While on the bus to another location no sense of communication of how long it would take but at one point we was driving for more than hour that faraz himself promised would only be a 10 minute journey. Drove everyone to a random restaurant in the desert, were everyone was left to their own devices while both of them sat eating like a pair of vultures who had not been fed for a few days. At this point many members of the group were very angry as plenty of other restaurants were available such as McDonald’s and KFC.

Day 4/5

No plans for these days and one being the blessed night of Mi’raaj, faraz was nowhere to be seen and just sent a generic message about this being a free day to do whatever you wished as he had nothing planned, not knowing that it was colossal celebration in the mosque and he had no clue whatsoever.

Overall, avoid this dodgy tour company and this corrupt individual who has been reported to trading standards and the tourism industry council. Save your money & yourself from these people, May allah guide these individuals who are scamming others in the name of God.

Alhamdulillah a life changing experience. Great tour, such well mannered guide. Will deffo attend again in shaa allah. Would 100% recommend !!

Masjid Al-Asqa tour was amazing. The group was wonderful, the accomodation was nice and the whole trip was Unforgettable. The tours were jam packed full of information and so much to see and learn. Price was really good as well, an experience like this is priceless. I liked that we had loads of opportunities to just go by ourselves and explore. There was no restriction and that was so nice.

A Majestical trip to the blessed lands of Masjid Al Aqsa. Great tour operator Sabeel Travels Ltd, Brother Faraz. A well organised trip, with great communication, itenary, well organised. Visited all holly places nothing rushed gave us time to pray and explore, also Shaykh Saleh who gave us depth history of the blessed land. Took us to many places, the hotel was really nice and clean, lovely tasty meals. Hashmi hotel 6 minutes walk from the Masjid Al Aqsa, money exchange few shops away. Everything was so close to the Hotel. I would highly recommend to go with Sabeel Tour Ltd, I went with my family of 11 they are looking forward to the next holiday with Brother Faraz again.

Moulana Qasim, was our guide for our umrah trip. He really supported us through out our trip and was always on hand with any questions/information and support.

He did umrah with my parents and husband in the morning and then came back out with me and my son, later on in the day. My son was really worried about getting lost and he kept him close.

He spoke in English and Urdu which helped us all.
Whilst on our tours, he would tell us history of the places we would pass.

We really enjoyed our trip and I know all of us as a family can’t thank Sabeel enough.

It was our first trip to Jerusalem and Aqsa. The trip was spiritually and historically enriching. The experience of visiting the holy sites especially morning prayers at Al Aqsa Mosque was very special. The tours were well organised. These included walking tours of Al-Aqsa and surrounding sites, day trip to Khalil, passing through Bethlehem, stop at Dead Sea and Jericcho. Hashmi Hotel in the old city was 3- star hotel, nice, clean, courteous staff, and most conveniently located (a short 7-10 minutes walk to Al-Aqsa and similar distance to Jewish and Christian quarters.
Faraz was the tour lead; very humble, soft spoken, calm and helpful. Sheikh Saleh was the tour guide; knowledgeable and humorous.
There was ample time to one self. We visited the Western wall, Holy Church of Sepulchre, Tomb of David and surrounding sites, fantastic experience.
People all around and of all faiths were very friendly. Delays can happen at airport immigration.
We were extremely grateful to have the opportunity to make the journey and in the company of Faraz.

I initially booked the Masjid Al Aqsa tour with Sabeel Travels because Faraz was very responsive with queries I had, which gave me confidence to book.
I travelled with two vulnerable’s, my toddler and mum, and himself and the lovely group members made my trip enjoyable as they supported from start to end
His packages include everything from breakfast, dinner, airport transports, and tours of ziyarats, Hashimi hotel is a great hotel, very clean with Panoramic views of the city and short walk to masjid al aqsa.
Inshallah will definitely travel with sabeel travels again and will be encouraging my friends and family to do so as well

Travelled with sabeel travels previously and will continue to in future brother faraz trys his best to keep everything simple and on time shows great respect towards families and the elders travelling can't really think of a negative experience personally...

First time visiting Al-Aqsa and it was a positive experience. Group leader organised accommodation at the Hashimi Hotel, very convenient location and walking distance to Al-Aqsa. Very knowledgeable tour guides and travel to sites made easy- Highly recommend.

Going to visit the beautiful country of Palestine and the cities within was an absolute privilege for myself as a young person. I value and most definitely appreciate the supportive group culture which Sabeel Travel provided us with. It was an experience which I will cherish always, the Palestinian people protecting the Blessed Land of Masjid Al-Aqsa with all they have enlightens my heart and is something which I cannot forget, my prayers are with them always.
