Paid for next day delivery was informed it would be delivered 48hrs later, had to cancel was told to wait 10 working days, been over that and still no refund!! No confirmation of refund sent - don’t think it’s been sent- AVOID terrible customer service

Ordered flooring which said it was in stock paid and next day was told it was out of checked website and still reads in stock so they want me to wait 2wks before it is in stock so cancelled order and now have to wait 10 days for my money back this company is a joke avoid

I ordered the Egger Inuvik Laminate Flooring. So far really pleased with the quality and look. Installation pretty straight forward. Good communication with Sale Flooring Direct, however I question the effectiveness of the zero waste policy. I calculated my floor area and allowed for 20% wastage uplift, however due to the tricky angles in my room I ended up 2 boards short. If I had been sent simply 6 full packs instead of 5 packs plus 7 boards I would have been ok (each pack has 10 boards). Now because I am 2 boards short I had to order 1sqm minimum and pay 40 pounds delivery as the company is based in Scotland and I have nowhere else to order the product from. And I will have quite a lot of boards left over. Could be my fault for not calculating extra waste as I am not experienced in home projects, however I would advise Sale Flooring Direct to review if this happens to other clients and review if the zero waste actually works in practice.

Having read their reviews I thought I was buying from a trustworthy and honourable company. They were not the cheapest but what swayed my decision was their offer of free shipping/delivery so I went ahead with the order. I then received a call telling me that the offer of free delivery should not have been made and I was required to pay this before delivery was made. I argued that the offer was made and should be honoured; after a discussion with Andrew he said he would contact the carrier and ‘see what he could do’. I didn’t hear from him again. I contacted the company on 9 May to get an update on my order; again their response was to effectively give me two options, pay the delivery charges or cancel the order. As it was evident from the conversations this was a company who were not to be trusted and were definitely not honourable I decided on the latter. And as they were seemingly dragging their heels with processing the refund I had to involve PayPal.
I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your flooring needs.

Everything delivered on time

I purchased some laminate flooring and the payment was taken but flooring was not delivered and when I checked the website it said i didn't order anything but (manorgate limited) flooring company took £26.40 out of my accout.
I know it is not a huge amount of money but that isn't the point I ordered flooring and you took payment and never delivered.

Product as described looks great on wall better than I expected.

Never, but Never will buy from this online shop again. Will start with the fact that colours aren't true, you order something...and you get something else. Then when i tried to send it back, they said that i have to pay to send it back to them. Then when i tried to get the package ready to send it back, on my own money, I've noticed the package came damaged. So if you have an issue, it seems impossible to fix it with them, absolutely no customer service, zero help and after long discussions with them, I've managed to send it back however, it took way too long to get your refund back. Absolutely a pain, stressful as they seems like they don't want you to return anything, so they make it impossible with their policies so you don't want to. I paid nearly £80 in total for both deliveries ( when it arrives and when i returned) so i can send it back as the colour wasn't the one they advertising. It's not worth the stress, believe me.

There was a mess up with my flooring where I didn’t receive the right amount, the customer service was amazing and the issue was sorted straight away I received the remaining amount of flooring the next day!

Ordered for next day delivery and came 1 week later ..and having to chase the order not good

The flooring we bought is excellent and when I chased next day delivery the customer service was very helpful. Delivery arrived just within the allotted timeframe with a helpful call before the driver arrived. Would definitely recommend.
