All good product and excellent delivery time

Orderd twice from SDF and no hassel, delivery when said, quality flooring and look great too, also had a few compliments, my go to flooring company.

All was excellent

Gave me a call to check my order was correct which allowed me to complete an existing project with boards theat were generally out of stock elsewhere.

taking too long to replace the damage items, despite an email two days ago

My order arrived on time, and I am over the moon with the end result and at a reasonable price

Monday Originally went to website that said was in stock in London rd branch, as I was in the east end I placed order and was on my way to collect when I got a phone call to tell me it would be in the following week. I then went on to the website and booked next day delivery. Another phone call they couldn’t do next day delivery it would be the day after. I had a customer waiting and a full diary in the run up to Christmas. Wednesday phoned at 1500 to say nothing had arrived, I had changed family arrangements to be able to get my customer sorted out but no delivery came, around 1630 I got a phone call saying the driver was delayed but it would either be very late or the next day. Thursday tried to move jobs forward to give me time to fit, finally arrived at 1500, with split packaging. Customer was not available then. Finally got round to getting the job done three weeks late, I could not charge the customer due to the disruption. Paid extra for next day delivery, no one has came back to me to offer any support discount compensation. Complete waste of space.

Flooring was weeks late beading got delivered a week after flooring had to cancel the floor fitter twice phoned company not even a small discount for all the hassle bad company to deal with do yourself a favour stay away and go elsewhere

The flooring is lovely unfortunately the package wasn't great, quite alot doesn't have film around it, several has broken boxes, and a few boxes have broken edges to the floor

We ordered laminate flooring for one room and because we thought it was very good quality and easy to fit we ordered for another room.
The delivery was perfect and I think everything was good value for money.
We ordered Kronotex Mammut Plus flooring .

25% of reviews for the company are 1 star and clearly for a reason. Ordered the floor specifically from them as they offered next day delivery at the cost of £49.99

The sent me an email saying my order had been shipped and 10 minutes later called me to they wouldn't be able to deliver it on time (it would be 3 days later) and offered me £10 refund lol.
Weirdly the lady who spoke to me had a man coaching her through every word... so strange.

Also some the product pictures on their website are of the lowest quality, very hard to see the products.

Wouldn't order from them again

Fantastic, prompt service

Very good floor looks nice.
Communication about delivery needs improvement no date or time was assigned and the day I called to check the driver was half hour away from the house no one thought to mention that day was the delivery.

Ordered next day delivery stayed in all day didn’t leave house and I missed it witch was rubbish as my dog would have barked at any slight noise and then didn’t get what I needed so phoned and emailed asking to send it back as it’s not enough for where I need it hasnt even been opened off the pallet from been delivered bathe lady that answered phone was useless and rude didn’t help at all wouldnt help sort a rerun out I was nothing but polite even said blame me but id etha need more floor or to send this back and she said still put phone down on me so still have flooring I can’t do nothing with

Excellent service and material

For the second time I have ordered flooring from you - on this occasion I had to make sure a delivery was not made on a certain day and so I spoke to the customer service dept who arrange a specific day to suit which was fantastic- as before fantastic flooring ! Would recommend to anyone looking for flooring!
