Flooring has turned up badly damaged charging 50% on to of cost for delivery least you could have done is make sure it was packed sufficiently

hi all, purchase carefully from these people.

products are poor to mediocre in quality.
Delivered items are more often than not damaged. out of 4 separate orders 3 arrive damaged, whilst the companies replaced 2 orders the third damaged delivery order complaints has remained ignored. I completed the job with the damaged parts and clever carpentry.

In summarise if you want cheap flooring for a rental property and you can are able to collect, then go for it, else try another supplied and pay a tad more.

Stay away from this company! Their customer service is subpar. While most panels on their website clearly indicate that the price is per square meter, their promotional prices deliberately mislead customers by suggesting that it's the price per pack. They send a reduced amount of goods claiming that the ordered items were in square meters. Compared to other stores, their promotional prices end up being much more expensive, but that seems to be their strategy to deceive and profit off customers. Instead of receiving the ordered 13 packs, I received 13 square meters, which is equivalent to only 7.5 packs. After speaking with customer service, I was informed that I could return the goods at my own expense or pay extra to receive the remaining amount I had already paid for. They send goods in opened packaging, yet they refuse to accept returns for opened items.

Worse company wasn't on time pay for next day didn't get next day and its not per a pack its for 1m and its a rip off I regret coming here go the a company that does it per a pack of ten it feels like a big con

Negative Review of Misleading Pricing and Unfair Shipping Practices

Initially, I was drawn to your store by the advertised prices per piece for certain products. However, upon making a purchase, I was shocked to find out that the actual pricing was based on square meters, resulting in a significant difference in cost. This misleading pricing strategy is deceptive and unfair to customers like myself who expect transparency and honesty in pricing.

Furthermore, the shipping practices employed by your store only added to my frustration. Not only was I required to pay for shipping twice due to separate orders, but I was also informed that the shipping costs were non-refundable, despite the error being on your end. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction.

Overall, my experience with your store has been extremely disappointing, and I will not be recommending it to others. I urge you to rectify these issues immediately to avoid further customer dissatisfaction and damage to your reputation.

Excellent service from start to finish. Flooring arrived on the day specified. I can’t fault the service or the quality of the flooring supplied.

The whole experience was great from start to finish, inputting measurements to payment and receiving the flooring was spot on I even had a few boards left over. I will definitely recommend and be using again myself

To be honest I don't know why I got this email as I was trying to buy something.

The flooring was advertised as tongue and groove but infact it was click in flooring which is much more difficult for me to fir so now I have to pay someone to fit it.

The worst if I could put 0 I would, delivery driver left my product in the alley way on trolley without bringing them in my house,I am a pregnant women ,who out my way to get my neighbour to assist me as my husband was at work,to top it off some of the floorboards came without boxes which can be lead to them getting scratched and unusable.very disappointed.

Been using Sale flooring direct for the last 6/7 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else . Good range of flooring, fair prices and have never been kept waiting for a delivery . Excellent.

So so pleased with my new flooring, ordering was easy, delivery was quick and the flooring is beautiful

Flooring was delivered quickly and the laminate was exactly what we wanted for a really good price.

Only issue being how difficult the company are to get hold of as their number, when dialled, states that “you have dialled an incorrect number”.
