Salonspy has completely transformed the way we receive feedback on both our individual stylists and the whole salon experience. The amazing reviews have been an incredible motivator and incentive to keep our standards high, with private feedback on those with lower ratings providing an invaluable opportunity to improve and identify training needs. The campaign question allows us to monitor key upsells, whether it’s if the stylist recommended hair care, or offered colour services.

Support and information from salon spy has been fantastic. Always at the end of the phone should you have any queries. A great way to get client feedback after their visit to the salon.
