Salt Dog Cycling レビュー

I was looking for a spare part for my Lake cycling shoes and found this company as a stockist for the parts. I telephoned as the part was showing as out of stock on the website and Richard said he would do his best to obtain the parts quickly. True to his word, he emailed to say the parts were in and I placed an order and received the parts. If ever I need anymore Lake shoes or spares I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again

Super useful sizing tool, shoes are a delight

Competitive price and exceptional customer service. Replied out of hours to a query I had re delivery.

Highly recommended.

Excellent. Good price and delivered quickly. 👌🏼

I called to discuss which shoes would be best for me this time, (second pair of Lakes Shoes) and the man on the phone, had plenty of time to chat this through with me, he even explained his reasoning which was very helpful, the shoes are competitively priced and arrived very promptly, yet to break them in so this review is for the company only, its a rarity these days finding a knowledgeable and friendly member of staff who has the time to make you feel you are important, cant recommend Salt Dog enough, go here first always!! thank you so much.

Quick delivery, great communications, and excellent item. Would use again. [Btw, I bought Lake road shoes - the way to go for wide feet. A bit cheaper than elsewhere online, and definitely more variety of size.]

Excellent end to end experience. The web site was easy to use, the product was exactly as described and it arrived very quickly.

First time using Salt Dog Cycling and they were excellent. Great choice of road cycling shoes especially for my wide feet as they stock ‘Lakes’ a brand suited to wider feet.

After completing a fit calculator I ordered a pair of Lake CX242 shoes from the website which had plenty of choice, detailed sizing guidance and reasonable prices. These were dispatched the next day & arrived the day after. Shoe fit was good & I'm now free from foot pain after rides. Would strongly recommend.

Great service.

Always a pleasurable experience buying from Salt Dog Cycling. They offer a great range and at great prices. Always my first port of call when I need new Lake cycling shoes and I like supporting the smaller family businesses

I bought some lake shoes, as they are really specific with sizes the shop called me and talked me through the process of baking them in the oven to get the correct fit. 5 star service, even offered to meet me if I was having problems.

Great service from Richard, who is a genius in all things Lake
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quick delivery. Good product. Great after sales service

Good price, easy ordering process & speedy delivery

Made an order and had a lengthy call with Richard who offered some great advice. Called back up again with some more queries and he kindly took the time to answer all my questions. Happy to say I know where I will be ordering all future shoes going forward.

Excellent service! I ordered some wide fitting Lake MTB shoes. They were significantly cheaper than on any other site so great value for money. Placed the order but forgot to check when I could expect delivery (had a 4 day ride starting the next Thursday). Sent an email asking if they could accelerate the delivery, adding I would be happy to pay for the delivery. Get an email from Richard (real person!) within minutes saying the order would be issued that day (no additional charge). I received the shoes the next morning! Great shoes, great price and excellent service.

I was after a pair of Lake CX239 and it was difficult to find due to fit and size required.

Salt Dog Cycling came up in the search - I've never shopped with Salt Dog Cycling before but their website was easier to navigate and the shopping experience was smooth and good.

I had email updates every step of the way after the purchase which have me great confidence and the delivery was fast and free.

Great service and good product

Delivery was super quick! Very happy with my purchase

Once again, an excellent work ethic from these guys and girls. Website easy to follow, clear indication of what's available, ideal instructions on foot measuring, and as always, willing to engage on a personal level to ensure complete satisfaction with the purchased product.
