I have been a Samsung user for as long as I can remember , did all thru asked when I got my new s26 ultra for the cromebook. But they apparently sent me an email as my receipt wasn't good quality enough. So missed by 1 day. This is how thru treat a lifelong customer with TERMINAL CANCER. BRAVO SAMSUNG. I NEVER SAW ANY EMAIL ASKING FOR A PETTER PIC. MAYBE UPGRADE TJE CAMERAS IN YOUR £1500 PHONE I JUAT BOUGHT. WONT BE SHOPPING WITH OR DONATONG MY SAMSUNG ECOSYSTEM TO ANYONE. BUY FROM COMPANY THAT TREATS CUSTOMERE BETTER.

Acquistato S26 ULTRA il 31.05 invio tutti i documenti richiesti il giorno stesso per aderire alla promozione. Il 07.06 mi arriva la mail in cui mi dicono che la documentazione non è valida e chiedono di rinviare i dati entro 3 gg e comunque non oltre l'8.06 🤣. Se non è truffa questa..!!!

ODR très difficile à obtenir malgré les relances au service client. A ce jour il y a 150€ en jeu. Je suis très déçu par Samsung.

What a scam "reward" system. Profit off our time and data collection by millions and millions and put so few prizes out that i cant even get a 10 dollar gift card with 8 days remaining in the month. MAKE THE TOP PRIZES AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE WHO EARNS THEM. Tf am I gonna do by continuing to support a greedy company like that. 10 dollar prize out of stock?? What you have no more 10 dollar bills to spare Samsung?? I've literally had Samsung TVs and Phones since they were a thing, 20 plus years, but this little scamming kinda crap has changed my mind for good. Great job to the morons who came up with this. You' ve soured my taste so bad with this scam that ill never buy samsung again. And ill be sure to tell everyone I know as well. 10s of thousands of future dollars going to your competitors now. Be 100% certain of that.

This is a total scam.
Don't bother claiming the£200 cash back you will never get it.
Samsung UK should be ashamed .
Anyone who works for customer service is getting paid for nothing. They should all be dismissed.!!

Sono dei truffatori. Ti ingannano facendoti comprare come nel mio caso un s26 ultra e in regalo ti danno un galaxy tab 10fe. Ma quando carichi i dati ti dicono sempre che sono illegibili e ti escludono dalla promozione.

Je me retrouve privé de 150 € de remboursement simplement parce que j’ai eu le malheur de découper la vignette avec un cutter au lieu de ciseaux. Un motif de refus totalement abusif et disproportionné.

Cela prouve malheureusement que ces ODR servent surtout d’appât marketing pour attirer les consommateurs et vendre des smartphones comme le S26, en leur faisant miroiter un remboursement qui, au final, n’arrive jamais. La moindre petite erreur est utilisée pour rejeter automatiquement le dossier via une IA ou un traitement automatisé, avec pour seule réponse :
« Conformément aux modalités de participation, aucun recours n’est désormais possible. »

Après cela, il ne reste plus qu’à regretter son achat et constater le manque total de considération envers les clients.

L’image de Samsung en ressort fortement dégradée, et ce type de pratique nuit sérieusement à la confiance des consommateurs.

I bought a Samsung Flip phone with a £200 cash back offer. Submitted all the paperwork immediately. Took them 4 months to process and seemingly impossible to redeem the voucher before it expired. Scam.

Je me suis fait arnaquer par Samsung. Une offre de remboursement de 50 € m'a été rejeté. Trois rejets, soi-disant. Le RIB n'était pas visible alors qu'il était très clair, à la fin, le traitement de mon dossier de remboursement a été clôturé définitivement, et aucun recours possible ! Donc impossible de joindre quelqu'un pour une réclamation, pour ma part, j'arrête définitivement d'acheter Samsung. Quelle grosse déception, Franchement descendre aussi bas c'est minable de leur part, les clients ne sont pas respectés. Cette marque est à fuir.

I bought the galaxy fold 7 partly because they offered £300 cashback. Eventually got it. I want a watch. There are no watches for less than £300 AND you can't top up the card to buy a slightly more expensive one. I was told to buy something for less than £300. What a con.

Brought a new Samsung and promised £200 cashback if I submitted a claim. I sent all of the paperwork and it was all approved and yet here I am 4 months later still waiting. Noone to contact, just a reference which states it's being processed. Absolutely scam. Now looking to trading standards to investigate false promotions

Shame I have to give 1 *. They don't deserve that. The staff in the phone shop promoted this offer & helped with the initial claim which came back asking for more information. The code to access the claim didn't work. We returned to the phone shop. The claim was cancelled & resubmitted. This time Samsung wanted proof for a watch. I hadn't bought a watch! We resubmitted to be told the codes had already been used! Well yes they had unsucessfully! This is a scam & I suggested this to the staff in the phone shop who told me Samsung actually want people to claim but they aren't doing so. Mmmm I wonder why!!

Je confirme que les offres de remboursement de Samsung sont une arnaque car ils m'ont refusé le remboursement car soi-disant, la photo n'était pas lisible ... Alors qu'elle est nette

Ze maken het je zodanig moeilijk met allerlei mails en regeltjes zodat de actie verloopt zonder dat je er gebruik van kunnen maken hebt...

Supposed to get a rewards after purchasing phone . Waited 30 days. Then text it's on its way been waiting 9 days. Tried several contact numbers and e- mails no help. Can't speak to a human absolutely. Had samsung phones and things for years but not pressed with the service at all. Be going else there in future.

je me suis occupée du dossier de remboursement pour mon petit frère qui devait être remboursé à hauteur de 192€ et dont il a reçu un mail de rejet après 3 tentatives de transmission des éléments
Les 2 premiers avant rejet il était indiqué "l'étiquette du produit n'apparaît pas découpée de son emballage" l'emballage est la boîte donc j'ai suivi ce qu'il demande de 3 façons (étiquette sur le carton, étiquette collée sur une feuille, et étiquette en photo) hors après contact ENFIN à leur service il fallait "découper l'étiquette avec l'emballage" et non à leurs dires la décoller.
Il serait bien que les indications soient claires afin que tout le monde puisse faire la bonne démarche
Peut-être (ironique) est ce voulu pour ne pas rembourser !!!
Ce sont des voleurs qui ne cherchent qu'une chose appâter les clients avec des offres et les prendre pour des idiots en rejetant le remboursement. J'appelle cela une arnaque dont les services de fraudes à la consommation devraient vivement enquêter. A bon entendeur !!

S25 purchased, it came with a free watch offer.Received confirmation of claim no ( 568-791-712 if Samsung are interested) after registration.
6 months later, nada and pretty much impossible to chase up.
Fraudulent offer or incompetence one way of the other.

Évidemment comme les autres peut être il manquait une pièce au dossier mais j en doute et après il vous dise que c est trop tard
Il doivent le faire a plein de monde
Pour moi c edt une grosse arnaque je ne suis pas prêt a racheter un Samsung
