You have visibly never contacted our customer service. Could you please provide more information that may justify your poor review?
You haven't yet received your parcel. For your information it was dispatched on November 23rd and is on it's way for delivery. Unfortunately the delivery has been delayed for the following reason displayed on the Royal Mail website if you enter your tracking number : "Sorry, your item went to Rochester DO in error, so we re-routed it immediately. More information will be available as it travels through our network."

FRAUDSTERS AND LIARS
WARNING DO NOT USE . THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY !!!! FRAUDSTERS
Ordered some products on the 25/10 , over a month ago , still no sign of the products or a refund after sending them 16 e-mails , there is no customer service no so they just take the money from your bank and basically just rob you . I have had 1 email back saying they have dispatched the parcel to Royal Mail which is a complete lie as I have spoken to them and they have no recollection of this , LIARS I have sent another 4 emails asking for a refund , no reply??
DO NOT USE this company they are fraudsters

After verification, we have received your 16 emails all sent on the same day which were mainly insulting our customer service.
One of our customer service assistants replied to you on the same day to deal with your issue.
As explained in our previous email, your parcel was lost in transit, unfortunately, and we have therefore proceeded with a replacement order.

This company is awful
This company is awful. I purchased 3 items on the 22nd of November and they haven’t even arrived it’s now the 29th of November. Like the other reviews say, this company is not to be trusted or used to purchase any goods. They are absolutely terrible. WARNING DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SITE!

Sanareva commits to dispatching orders within 48 working hours. Once with our courier, your parcel should take from 4 to 6 working days to arrive at the delivery address indicated, excluding an additional delay that may add on if your parcel gets retained in customs.
Your parcel was dispatched on the 24/11 with the courier service and is still in transit to the UK.

Not a good experience
My order was processed and delivered in a reasonable time scale, but the items were incorrect. When I notified the company I was asked to supply photos. I replied I couldn't do that but if they would supply the returns label I had requested they would see for themselves when they received back the incorrect items. Since then I have received no communication. There is no way to contact apparently apart from the message board on the website, and still have not replied to further messages, even though my granddaughter took phots of the incorrect items I received and those photos are now also on the message board. I hope, since they seem to respond to negative reviews, they will actually read this and get their act into gear. SANAREVA - PLEASE READ MY MESSAGES AND REFUND MY PURCHASES. Thank you in advance.

Worth the wait.
I’m really pleased with My first order with Sanareva.co.uk It was worth the wait and now we have our cupboard stocked with our favourite French shower gels.

Please don’t use this company
Please don’t use this company. I am victim of a clever scam in which Sanareva added another post code to my address (incidentally it was the postcode associated with the Houses of Parliament!) meaning that Royal Mail were unable to deliver it. It confuses their scanning machine and they said they can’t deliver if two postcodes are on the delivery address. Therefore the goods will be returned to Sanareva. I have contacted them but I don’t think I will receive a refund somehow given the added postcode. If I do I will update. UPDATE 22/11/21: Royal Mail said that they would only deliver if the sender requested removal of one of the postcodes. The package arrived yesterday (!) with the Houses of Parliament postcode crossed out but only after I had sent Sanareva communications demanding immediate action and filing a report to Action Fraud. I can only assume that Sanareva contacted Royal Mail for which I am grateful.

I haven't received my goods
I haven't received my goods, which according to Sanareva were despatched. The tracking number is not even recognised by the courier. It is clear that the operation of this company is fraudulent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
REVISION. I have just had my goods delivered, one whole week after being "dispatched", via Royal Mail 48. NOT the courier as specified either. What a poor show (still).
FURTHER to the company reply.
The fact that the company is based in France is certainly NOT obvious to me on the web page. (and it's got a UK web address!). Nor is there an explanation as to why the tracking didn't work. Or perhaps the tracking reference was for Royal Mail instead! I absolutely insist that the emails received from the company by me were not informing me of the correct situation with delivery.

Please be aware that our warehouse is based in the South of France as mentioned on our website. Our local partner Spring GDS transports the parcels to the UK, once distributed, Royal Mail is then in charge of delivery.

No me han devuelto el dinero de las compras anuladas el mismo día
El 06/11/2021 realicé dos compras. Y la primera compra traté de anularlo y era imposible. Escribí un email y envíe un mensaje en la web de Sanavera pidiendo la anulación. Al ver que no respondían, a las dos horas del mismo día de la compra, solicité la anulación de las dos compras vía email y en el portal de Sanavera. El 08/11/2021, recibí un email de Sanavera pidiendo confirmación de la anulación, a la cuál respondí diciendo que confirmaba la anulación de las dos compras. Ese mismo día me escribieron diciendo q no se podía anular y q al recibir los paquetes los rechazara para así recibir el reembolso íntegro de las dos compras (les escribí diciendo q eso era absurdo). A día de hoy 16/11/2021, no he recibido el reintegro íntegro de las dos compras rechazadas y tampoco los dos envíos para ser rechazados. NO recomiendo comprar en SANAVERA.
PD.: He escrito varios emails a Sanavera y NO tienen la intención de atender a la solicitud del cliente. Y los mensajes realizados en su web no han sido respondidos y aparecen como canceladas.

Efectivamente, hay posibilidad de anular los pedidos antes de que entren en la etapa de preparación. Desde el momento que se le pidió la confirmación para anularlos y su respuesta, su pedido pasó a la etapa siguiente (es un sistema automatizados).
Como se lo hemos indicado, necesitamos la confirmación del transportista que los paquetes se nos han sido devuelto para poder proceder al reembolso de ellos.

or evidence was given. They havent responded to my many emails. .

This company is not to be trusted. They agree to making good orders that have not been received and then renege. The products are good but the customer service is absolutely deplorable. I have NEVER experienced anything like it. Dealing with this company leaves you feeling robbed.

Thank you for sharing your experience shopping with us. However, as mentioned in our previous emails, Royal Mail have provided proof of delivery to your home address. We asked you to check with your neighbourhood and with your local post office, then we never had a reply since.
We also asked you for a written statement declaring that you have not received your order + a copy of an official piece of ID in order to open an investigation with the courier, and we never has a reply to that either.
Our customer service team had done all the necessary to assist you, and we issued a refund on September 29th due to your complaint through Paypal.

Very poor customer service/delivery
Very poor customer service - I asked for a delivery date and was just told normally 3 to 5 working days. I paid £7.90 for Royal Mail delivery. I ordered on 31st Oct today is 8th November still no delivery. Order number 200293837. Where is my item?!?!

As explained in each one of our emails, it takes 48 working hours to dispatch the order. You ordered on a Sunday, and it was bank holiday on the Monday.
Your order was therefore dispatched on the Wednesday 03/11, as it takes up to 6 working days, the parcel is still in transit to the UK. Please keep in mind that a Saturday is not considered as a working day.
Your order will arrive in your local distribution center shortly, the delivery will take place in the next couple of days.

Elgydium toothbrush
Although a day or two later than expected my order has arrived safely. I regularly use these toothbrushes because they are strong and don’t wear down too quickly. I get a full 3 to 4 months regular use confidently. Each toothbrush has it’s own brush cover which is very hygienic. Always 5 stars

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Every time you send an email (I've now sent more than 7) about a faulty product, they simply stop replying to you. The contact@ email stated on their website doesn't exist, apparently, according to one person who replied to me once but then has never been seen again, and the 020 phone number stated by customer service here on Trustpilot doesn't exist either when you call. AVOID.
UPDATE (after their reply): nowhere on the email does it say that you cannot reply to it. They have now refused to refund or replace the product despite photos which show that it is faulty, since apparently warranty cannot be claimed after the product has been used (even if it faulty). Unbelievable.

Two weeks to even ‘process’ order
After paying for my order, it took two weeks and 3 messages online before my order was even processed. Not sure how long it would have been stuck like that if I hadn’t begun messaging at 1.5 weeks. Supposedly now ‘processed’,let’s see if it arrives. Wouldn’t recommend.
Also no way of calling them and turnaround to online query form very slow. Whatever about commitment to ship within 24-48 hours this is clearly not the case as per my experience and reviews below.

Wrong item shipped for the second time.
I have just received a second shipment from Sanavera, which was supposed to be 3 tins of Anis de Flavigny aniseed hard candy, to replace 3 boxes of Yogi Tea (Chai Curcuma) sent to me in error. Can't believe it, but once again they sent the wrong thing, i.e. 3 boxes of Yogi Tea! I now have 6 boxes of the stuff! What is the matter with this company. Totally incompetent.

Pills arrived pierced and smashed
I ordered 1 x Kijimea Irritable Bowel Pro 30 capsules. The Kijimea box arrived smashed in the envelop that they have sent with and therefore packaging of the capsules were teared/ opened. I e-mailed them a month ago with photos and did not received a single reply. I wonder how they expect people to used opened capsules... I'd stay away from this website.

Performs to their standards
Whilst returns and correspondence is a little slow, as is the delivery of goods, all such issues are pointed out before you order and they do perform to their own parameters, so overall i am happy with the service received.
