Brilliant organisation. I was a totally satisfied customer.

I found Sayhueque on line and booked several days in Buenos Aires prior to a cruise. My husband and I were delighted with the wine tasting, city tour, the trip to a ranch as well as the dinner with tango entertainment. All was well handled with just enough time on our own to explore the city and shopping.

I travel with them 2015 and already refer them to family and friends ,, EXCELLENT

My husband and I had booked a cruise from Santiago, Chile, all the way down to Antarctica and up the other other coast of South america to Buenos Aires, Argentina. I found Sayhueque on line and they planned four extra days in Santiago and five in Buenos Aires with a side trip to Iguazu Falls. We were very impressed. The vacation went smoothly and without any problems. The hotel that had been suggested in Buenos Aires was delightful, the side trips were perfect, and every detail was covered. If we go anywhere in S.America again, we will certainly book all details through Sayhueque Argentina Journeys.

I studied abroad in Buenos Aires, and I wanted to use my free weekends to travel. My friends and I used Say Hueque since our abroad program recommended it and we loved it! Their prices were very reasonable and they accommodated our schedules and activity preferences easily. We used it for visiting Iguazú Falls and Mendoza Argentina. Both trips were great, and our B & B in Mendoza was really nice. Our schedule conflicted with the original program options for Iguazú, so Say Hueque altered the program to fit our needs to the activities that worked in our schedule.

Holiday/itinerary planning was a bit hush-hush, in the end not totally what we wanted. However, once in Argentina, they allocated a dedicated "concierge", someone based in Buenos Aires who was in frequent contact with us and who kept confirming all the steps along the way and sorting out any issues. This was really fantastic! Overall we enjoyed the service offered by Sayhueque and would use them again without hesitation.

Disappointing all around. I booked a week in Patagonia and they had difficulty getting me the tickets, the hotels were far from the centers of town and they never confirmed one of my tours which ended up being canceled. And I have tried to get off their email list with no luck two years after the fact, so now they ask my opinion.

My husband and I took a 3 week independent trip through SayHueque in March 2016 and although I planned when and where we wanted to go, in Argentina, SayHueque made all the arrangements for us. Everything was wonderful and I certainly would make plans with them again when I return to Argentina. We visited most of the Argentina regions, including northwestern areas which I loved, the Falls, Mendoza wineries, Bariloche and even into the Patagonia area of Chili. A trip of a lifetime!!!

The tour catered to all our needs. The tour included accommodations which was very satisfactory. Everything went like clockwork.

These people are the very best. I would never use anyone else but SayHueque. They really care and they take pride in giving a PERFECT experience.

Had a fantastic time with SayHueque and our trip to Iguazú Falls. They sorted everything out for us from flights to hotel to tours and tickets. They were friendly and kind and helpful. I would definitely do another trip with them!

My wife and I have used Sayhueque twice for our travel adventures to Patagonia (Chile and Argentina). Each time they customized our trip to our requests which allowed us to experience our dream trips. On both trips unanticipated travel problems occurred only to be quickly and professionally resolved by Sayhueque's exceptional staff. We highly recommend them and would certainly used them should our travels brings us back to the wonders and beauty of Chile and Argentina.

We visited seven different places in three countries (Argentina, Chile and Bolivia) in January, 2017. All arrangements were efficiently made and coordination between different tours were perfect. The refund for one day tour which was cancelled due to bad weather was deposited in my credit card account within days!! I recommend this tour agent to anyone who wishes to travel in South America.

Our trip was next to perfect because of Sayhueque. The arrangements made for us worked out well all the way through the trip, and all of the people involved with taking care of us were helpful and very pleasant. If I only had not developed some health problems I would have planned another trip with Sayhueque. Dori McTigue

For independent traveller, SayHuque is great in customizing and providing advice. They have alot of experience on the Argentina side in providing advice etc. All was smooth sailing in the Argentina side.

On Chile Patagonia side, I had a small of hiccup becos my pick up to and from hostel was missing for some odd reason, but they were quite responsive in helping me to resolve it. They have shown great professionalism in dealing with it, follow up and feedbacks. Hiccups can happen in any trip, so appreciate a company who deals with it professionally.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to travel within Argentina.

Just a small thing we would recommend that other travelers to Argentina should know . . .

It was a bit challenging to change money in Argentina. We changed USD $300 in the airport in Buenos Aires, which was fortunate. Upon arriving in El Calafate, the ATM machine withdrawal of money was expensive (a $10 fee for each transaction) and Visa credit cards were not widely accepted. We were not able to exchange money at banks in El Calafate or El Chalten due to a bank strike one day and two days of holiday closures. We would have spent much more money in Argentina, had we had local currency to do so. (Other travelers we met had the same experience, and seemed to be frustrated by it.)

Everyone we dealt with at Sayhueque was courteous and eager to assist us with our travel needs.

From start to finish everything went so well with Say Hueque. Our guides were superb. We could never have seen Argentina trying to do it on our own. We highly recommend Say Hueque. You will not be disappointed.
