Excellent experience, helpful guides--right up to the end, when a slight glitch occurred. (Despite written assurance that we would be delivered to the Australis cruise ship, we were delivered to the office and left to make our own way to the ship.)
I would recommend Sayhueque regardless.

Great planning and service for our trip in Argentina and Brazil. I'd highly recommend this company.

sayhueque was very helpful. it was helpful to have an in-country travel agent to take care of our itinerary. we started in buenos aires then went to ushuaia, then to Iguazu falls. we had to skip a trip to the glacier national park due to bad fog and the planes weren't flying. we headed back to buenos aires from ushuaia early because of this, and sayhueque was able to get us a hotel at the last minute. very good.

Excellent tour company offering hands on personal service

We made a custom made tour of 2 weeks with Say Hueque last year, from end November - to mid December.
The reason we chose Say Heuque in the first place was the prompt replies and follow up on every single question we had without any sign of weariness.
The itinerary they prepared for us very well suited our wishes and it worked well like a clock till the last moment.
The hotels and daily exursions, all met our expectations.
They did their best to help and compensated some costs when we missed our flight back home due to a traffic jam, which was not in their control at all. A gesture we appreciated very much.
We came back home to Istanbul only wishing to have stayed more in Argentina, such a beuatiful country with friendly people.
Say Heuque did a very good job and took very good care of us during our trip.

We are independent travellers and prefer not to be part of a tour group, which we find a little suffocating. After doing some research on the internet, we felt that we would be happy working with Say Hueque to provide the services we were seeking and we were very pleased we did.

We would like to thank Say Hueque for organising a truly memorable tour to the Iguazu Falls (Argentinian and Brazilian sides) and to Perito Moreno Glacier. From the first and very prompt response we received from Say Hueque, we knew that we had contacted a very responsive, responsible and reliable tour company. When we used Skype to discuss the brief that we had provided, Henry was there to take our call at the prearranged times. Because of the time difference between Australia and Argentina, this was important.

We like to be reasonably organised when travelling as we achieve more and it is much less stressful. Henry, Pia and Agustina took our requirements on board and also offered very helpful suggestions such as restaurants, must see sights, what to wear and take, information about Argentinian culture and other useful tips that made this holiday such a joy. Say Hueque organised our accommodation, guides, and airport collections. Everything went without a hitch.

The bottle of Reserve Malbec that was given to us as a thank you was very much appreciated.

Very helpful with planning. Response time was good. Honest opinions. They partner with local companies or agents where you can then add more and pay extra after you arrive if you like.

A very well organized tour company. They organized a special tour for us from Buenos Aires to El Calafate Ushuaia, took the Australias tour to Cap Town, then Puenta Arenas in Chile and finished off in Santiago de Chile. Everything was well planned and really like the boutique type hotels that they pick.

i would strong recommend this company to anyone wanting to visit Argentina and Chile.

Four of us, including my husband and a couple of friends travelled with Sayhueque Argentina Journeys in 2016. On our bucket list was Iguazu Falls and Rio de Janiero. We had only a week to fit in as much as we could so left all the details to Sayhueque. What an excellent decision that turned out to be. We were met at the airport when we arrived and our holiday started from then on. Everything, and I mean everything was looked after for us. Transfers, internal flights, tours, accommodation, were all taken care of by the amazing Sayhueque staff. Our itinerary contained all we had asked for and more.Then, whilst we were in Buenos Aires, we were walking down the street when my husband exclaimed "Look at the sign on the wall of this building!". To my surprise we were standing outside the Sayhueque offices. We went in and were introduced to some of the employees who had prepared our holiday. What a thrill to be able to say thank you in person. I highly recommend Sayheque to anyone who is looking for a holiday that is one of your best ever!

Sayhueque did a wonderful job for us in Buenos Aires and Iguazu Falls. Great guides, wonderful boutique hotel, fabulous service. They couldn't have been more helpful or professional. They offered things to us before we even thought we might want them - what more can you ask?!

I hadn't heard of Sayhueque and found the site on line. After discussing it with a few friends I decided to trust them and allow them to organise my personalised sola trip through Chilli and Argentina. I travelled from Santiago to Ushuaia onwards to complete the three week journey in Buenos Aires. I spent many days trekking in Patagonia, Torres del Paine, Laguna de los tres and more. It couldn't have been better and I highly recommend this company.

I booked my first international solo trip with sayhueque and had an amazing time! I GREATLY appreciated the organization of the transportation between places, hotels, day trips, ect. It really makes the trip to not have to think about all the details. They gave me a cute folder with all my coupons and itinerary. And they were easy to contact if I had any questions along the way. Best part- hotels and such were catered to exactly the type of person I am. I definitely highly recommend this company to others traveling! You may spend more with a travel company, but sometimes the peace of mind is absolutely worth it !! Happy travels :)

I liked working with the agents of Say Hueque. I am a woman in her 60s who wanted to do some rugged hiking, spend some time staying in refugios, and also in the towns I wanted to be able to stay in safe affordable places. This agency arranged for all my transportation so that at times I was picked up and dropped off at places so that I could do either a tour by myself or join another larger tour. I had a lot of freedom which is what I wanted. all in all I really appreciated working with this agency. My only suggestion is to ask the client if they want a hotel accommodation in the center of town or not. Some of my stays for more far out and not that convenient. I will say it's been one of the best vacations of my life since I was able to see some of the most out rages scenery in Argentina and Chile

Very satisfied.....10 day lay over in between cruise ships allowed for extensive tours in and around Buenos Aires and Iguazu falls. We are 65 year old retired world travelers and country collectors. Our country count is around 65 and our goal is over 100. Time is money with limited travel window in any part of the world. We generally look for the highly regarded and well reviewed companies like Sayhueque to help us arrange our travel. We regard it as a very good value and well worth the money.
