It was our first time booking with Say Hueque Argentina, as we searched for some support with our first South America Trip. When starting the conversation with our Travel Specialist Magdalena, we only knew, that Patagonia should be included in the trip, but we were not sure, if to include Argentina or to focus on Chile. Magdalena helped us with some first
draft itineraries to get a first feeling how our 3,5 weeks trip could like like. Whenever we asked for her advice, she was sharing her thoughts and arguments, without pushing into a certain direction.
Based on her first offers we decided to focus on Chile and started to sharpen the itinerary, with further questions, comments and wishes until we reached the final stage and were completely happy with the planning. During the trip, everything worked out perfectly. Every hotel booking, transport, activity worked out smoothly. Based on the plenty of hotel options we could chose from, our final choice was working well for us. Sure, there are hotels you like more and less during a long trip and there are some differences even in the same category, but I guess its also based on availability and general offers in certain areas / towns. So absolutely nothing to complain about. During the whole trip Malena from Guest Relations team was always approachable for us and when one planned activity was canceled from the local operator and we had a completely different activity at a different place in mind to exchange, she was organizing everything on short notice.
In short: The support from Say Hueque was really great and we would have not been able to plan the same kind of trip without their suggestions and support and I am rather sure our first travel with them was not our last one.

I inquired about a Gaucho/Estancia experience and received a reply, "we'd love to help you plan your trip to IGUAZU!" Twice!
- I repeated that I was looking for help with an Estancia day trip, not Iguazu and received a reply from "Ludmila" who offered to help book a Gaucho/Estancia trip. She was slow to respond to respond to basic questions.
- During this time I received DAILY SPAM from Say Hueque - "Hi! We'd love to help you plan your Argentina trip!". Except for the one thing I was asking for it seems.
- After all of the SPAMMING and delayed responses from Ludmila and very little confidence in Say Hueque, she asked for copies of our passports to visit a ranch.
- We sent passport details and paid for a PRIVATE TOUR at a higher price than a group tour, and were subsequently put on the group tour, NOT the private that we paid for. We asked to be refunded the difference they went silent. A scam.

We had to cancel a trip -- 8 weeks in advance of the trip -- for health reasons and Say Hueque refused to reimburse for flights we had paid for through them. The relevant phrase it we had paid _SH_ for these flights. We cannot cancel them through the relevant airlines -- because only SH could do that and they won't do so. They want us to charge trip insurance. They refuse to return _our_ money.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff during the trip planning stage. All hotels and activities recommended were of high quality and exactly as described by Analía. Support during the trip provided by Julieta was exceptional. She is responsive, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend this agency to anyone considering a trip to Patagonia.

Outstanding experience! The Say Hueque team did an excellent job from start to finish. Julia did a comprehensive job capturing our travel requirements, experiences we desired, and turned them into a solid itinerary. Felipe did a great job finalizing all bookings and planning logistics. Every transfer was easy, on time, and comfortable. Lodging was exactly as expecting including meeting some tricky dietary restrictions. We found the walking tour in Buenos Aires to be engaging and learned a lot about the history of the city and country. In Patagonia, we had a great time in El Calafate hiking on a glacier, horseback riding through the mountains, and fly fishing. Hiking in El Chalten was incredible.

I would recommend Say Hueque to anyone looking for experiential travel in Argentina!

Correspondence with both Customer Service Reps. (Andrea and Yanina) was great. They replied very promptly to all our questions. Being able to modify our agenda was a plus. Pickups for tours were always on time. Our Beagle Channel boat tour was cancelled due to weather. Another option should have been provided.

This is my third time booking with Say Hueque over the past decade, and it’s been so nice to trust they have everything handled. I’ve had only good trips. Their itineraries are very flexible, even when I do less expensive hotels they are always nice places to stay, the transfers help a lot especially when I’m in more remote or smaller cities. I’ve even missed a flight and they help rebook. I’ve used them to book 2 trips to Argentina - Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Calafate, Chalten, and Ushuaia - and for when I did the W trek in Torres del Paine. Using this company just gives me less stress and I can trust everything will go smooth!

Tours in Peru, Bolivia and Chile, October 2025.

My wife and I wanted to do something special for our 30th wedding anniversary and had lots of places in our bucket list in South America, but having never travelled in this part of the world before, we decided to find a South America based tour company to plan and organise the trip for us. Say Hueque were absolutely brilliant in organising this trip of a lifetime for us.

The Say Hueque team were able to plan a bespoke trip, to include all of the places that we wanted to see, and they provided a range of accommodation options to allow us to choose what fitted our budget and expectations best. We opted for the “middle” level, which equated to about 3 star accommodation, and some even higher, and this was perfect for what we wanted.

Say Hueque work with a range of partners in each of the countries that we visited to make sure that all transfers between hotels and airports were perfect, and a series of first class local guides to show us all of the best sights at each of our stops. Some of the partner companies they laid on for us were: Condor Travel (Peru); White and Green International (Bolivia); and Rapa Nui Travel LTDA (Easter Island). The whole experience was seamless.

The well known places that we wanted to see were Cusco and Machu Picchu in Peru, The Uyuni Salt Flats in Bolivia, the Atacama Desert and Rapa Nui (Easter Island) in Chile, and Say Hueque made sure that we had first class tours of all of these sights. But what will stay in my memory about this tour, is that as well as these visits, the tours also included so many visits to unexpected places that we enjoyed so much. We toured Lima, including the historic city centre, and the great Huaca Pucllana pyramid which was a new discovery for us. As well as visiting Cusco and Machu Picchu, Say Hueque also arranged a tour of the equally impressive Inca site at Ollantaytambo.

In Bolivia, we spend a day exploring the Uyuni Salt flats, and we will never forget the views from the Incahuasi Island, and the wonderful photographs we captured of the reflections on the flooded salt flats at sunset. We spent our anniversary in the gorgeous Luna Salada Hotel (build entirely out of blocks of salt) looking out over the endless white expanse of the salt flats. But thanks to our guides we discovered so much more to see in Bolivia, including the flamingos on the beautiful Red Lagoon, and the geysers and swimming in the hot springs as we crossed the mountains and desert, and unexpectedly, the railway graveyard in Uyuni, with its old steam engines and carriages, beautifully preserved in the desert. Bolivia is a country that really deserves to be more well known on the tourist map, and I would recommend it to anyone travelling to South America.

Our trip ended with 4 days on Rapa Nui (Easter Island) which we had both been looking forward to. Nothing could have prepared us for the sheer size and beauty of the Moai statues all around the island, and our local guide spoke with real expert knowledge of the history and culture of the islanders. Watching the sunset across the Pacific, as it silhouetted the Moai at the shore at Tahai just a short walk from the main town of Hanga Roa is a must for anyone visiting the island.

Overall, Say Hueque did a fabulous job at organising this very special holiday for us, and we cannot overstate just what a great job they did. Out tour involved 10 different flights, 2 train journeys, and countless car and minibus trips, and 11 different hotel stays. Say Hueque had everything planned and organised perfecting, and Andrea who was our contact throughout was in regular touch by phone and email at every stage to ensure we had what we needed and to answer any question or queries that we had.

For anyone thinking about travelling around South America, I would highly recommend contacting Say Hueque to see what they can organise for you. It is great to let their experts take care of all the planning for you, so that you can concentrate on relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

Working with this company exceeded my expectations. They helped me pick hotels and tours. I told them what I wanted to do while in Argentina. They booked all the in-country flights and arranged drivers at meet us at the airports which all were on time and courteous. I told them the types of tours I wanted to take and also that they needed to be small group. If I had any questions, someone was also available and I got an immediate answer. I can't say enough good things about this company.

I recently returned from a trip to Venezuela and could not be more pleased with the experience. The entire journey was exceptionally well organized by Andrea Solano, whose professionalism and dedication were evident throughout. She was consistently responsive to all of my emails, provided timely and detailed information, and proactively checked in with me during the trip to ensure that everything was proceeding smoothly.

The local guides arranged for my itinerary were outstanding. Each was highly knowledgeable, attentive, and committed to ensuring that I enjoyed my time in Venezuela to the fullest. Their professionalism and enthusiasm added significant value to the overall experience. Contratamos un transfer para cuatro personas en Iguazú, y desgraciadamente el padre de uno de nosotros fallecío y dos de los cuatro se tuvieron que volver a España de urgencia.

A pesar de que avisamos con varios días de antelación y presentar la documentación nos dijeron que no se podía hacer nada. Los dos que seguíamos adelante, supimos una vez que hicimos la actividad que a la agencia del transfer solo les pagaron dos pasajeros.

Se han quedado 250 dólares sin prestar ningún tipo de servicio aprovechando una desgracia ajena, mirad bien las condiciones de cancelación que ofrecen. Son los únicos de los más de 20 servicios que teníamos contratados (incluso vuelos) que no nos han querido reembolsar nada, cuando de largo eran los que menos impacto tenían (que es cero).

Say Hueque designed a solo trip to Buenos Aires and Patagonia for me last year which was outstanding, so when I decided to go to Peru and Machu Picchu, I asked them to design a tour for me again. And again I was thrilled with their services! They tailored the trip to my specific interests and made adjustments as we went through the initial planning stagings until the trip was exactly what I wanted. When I travel alone in foreign countries, I don't want to have to worry about issues with transportation, safety, or unexpected changes to the itinerary. They arranged everything for me - transportation from each location with a driver and a bilingual guide to explain that portion of my trip. There were heavy rains in Machu Picchu before my arrival so some trails were closed and they made last minute arrangements for alternatives without problem. They provide you with multiple ways to contact them 24/7 while you're traveling, and I had to contact them once in the middle of the night to confirm a pickup time - they responded on What's App within 2 minutes and got the issue sorted immediately. I will use their company for any of my travels to South America - they are local experts, professional, and extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I booked a tour with Say Hueque, trusting them to provide a safe experience. The company failed to warn us about the risks of altitude sickness in any way. Their original itinerary had us ascending to 4,300 meters at the Tatio Geysers after only 30 hours of acclimation, far below the recommended minimum of 48 hours. When we missed a flight and informed them well in advance, they failed to warn us that our acclimation time would now be reduced even further—to just 18 hours.

As a direct result, both my partner and I suffered severe altitude sickness, including crippling headaches, nausea, shortness of breath, and concussion-like symptoms that lasted for five days—at times leaving us unable to read or even stand properly. When we raised our concerns, the company blamed us instead of taking responsibility for their poor planning. They refused to issue any refund, despite their negligence directly putting our health at risk.

Beyond this, the company displayed gross incompetence throughout the trip, including:

--Failing to provide bilingual drivers, despite us paying for them.

--Double-booking our hotels, leaving us stranded.

--A so-called 24-hour emergency line that went unanswered—and when someone did pick up, they were unable to communicate in English as advertised. (See attached photos.)

This company is reckless, unprofessional, and unsafe. They care more about taking your money than delivering a competent, let alone safe, experience. Avoid them at all costs.

We had a flawless trip that spanned nearly three weeks.We started in Santiago, Chile then spent almost ten days in Patagonia across both Chile and Argentina at outstanding hotels. Transportation including driving and flights were all on time. Tour guides and excursions are very knowledgeable, friendly and provides great experiences. We ended in Buenos Aires and had a wonderful time.

Say Hueque did a great job. They met and exceeded our expectations. Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in traveling to Chile or Argentina. They tailored our ideas to an excellent itinerary. We would not change anything about our plans.

I had Say Hueque organize a two week exploration of Patagonia. Everything went surprisingly smooth. Rides were waiting at airports, flights booked logically, lodging selections were a mix between quaint and luxury, but all were wonderful. The company worked with me on the itinerary and all the support teams communicated well via whatsapp. I'd use them again.

Exceptional Travel Planning Experience with Say Hueque!

I had an outstanding experience working with Say Hueque for my trip to Argentina. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the best destinations and experiences. They tailored the itinerary perfectly to my preferences, ensuring a seamless and stress-free journey.

Every detail, from accommodations to excursions, was well thought out, and their local expertise truly made a difference. I especially appreciated their prompt communication and willingness to accommodate any requests. Thanks to Say Hueque, my trip was not only memorable but also hassle-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-organized and authentic travel experience in Argentina!

I do not recommend this agency. This is pure fraud. The agency inflates prices by 50-70% of the actual cost of the tour operator. For a trip to the penguins in Ushuaia, it is better to contact PiraTour directly. I bought a tour from them for $525, and PiraTour cost this tour $310!!! The agency does nothing to add value - sends an outdated schedule, does not meet at the hotel, cannot provide information. Just resells tickets. In my case, half of the tour was cancelled by the agency. And they returned only 20% of the cost.

I also initially wrote to them directly from the site with a question about a one-day tour specifically to the penguins. They ignored this question and began to foist week-long tours around Argentina on me, which in principle did not interest me. Spam poured into my mail. Every day a certain Lyudmila wrote to me asking to call her via video link. I immediately replied that I was not interested. But the spam has been going on for 2 months already!!! I have already returned from Argentina - and the letters continue to pour in.
