What a great vacation and experience provided by Say Hueque in Argentina! We explored and stayed in Bariloche, Mendoza, Iguazu, and Buenos Aires. All of the tours, which are mostly sub-vendored by small companies, were extremely well run and seamlessly executed throughout. The accommodations were also very nice and well situated in each area. Bariloche, the Lake District, is a resort town and beautiful next to a large lake fed by glaciers, rivers, and smaller lakes. The hotel was located a mile and a half from the town, easily accessible by Uber ($5) or walking along a wide shoulder on a busy two-lane road. In Mendoza, a wine district known for Malbec red wine, we stayed extremely nice and quaint hotel located in a winery. It was close to wineries and restaurants in Charcas, outside of the city. The tour included three wineries and tastings. Their actual main vineyards are located outside Mendoza in the Uco Valley. Again, the tours were excellent; the rides and guides were right on time. The Iguazu waterfalls were maybe the highlight of the vacation. They are overwhelmingly huge, majestic, and beautiful. Our accommodations were in the jungle and very nice. The town was a fairly good way out, but for two nights with full days, it was easy just to eat at the restaurant and have drinks next to the pool. Finally, Buenos Aires is a very nice city with a lot of tree canopy and plenty to see. The rooms there were a bit cramped, but the trade-off is that it's ideally located in the Palermo section of the city with many restaurants and shops nearby. Interspersed in the tour were several asados, or BBQs, at special kitchens and one at the home of a local resident that featured extremely tender and rather large, sumptuous steaks. It was almost too much, but so good. The guides at each location were outstanding. They all spoke English well and had very good knowledge of the local area. Another nice option with Say Hueque is that they provided just enough free time for us to relax and not be driven by an agenda the entire time. Analia and Joaquina of Say Hueque did an excellent job of coordinating and managing the trip, and were very attentive to our preferences and needs. They provided all the transportation, including the domestic airline flights, without a hiccup. We have travelled all over the world, and this was one of the best trips we have experienced!

My family booked a customized 8-night trip to Torres del Paine, Perito Moreno and Iguazu and we were happy with how the trip went. Throughout the planning process Lucia and Julieta answered all of our questions and gave us different options that suited our needs. We enjoyed the hotels which were all in excellent central locations (which was what we requested). The professional local operators were both punctual and knowledgeable.

Perhaps the highest compliment is that nothing went wrong during our trip and I doubt that is just by luck :-)

If you are looking for experts to help you plan and organize your vacation, Say Hueque is a great agency!

This travel agency calls on other, local, travel agencies to organize their tours. As a result, the service depends on the local agency and the price is much higher as every actor wants to make a profit. In the end, it's the tourist that pays... Be careful, for every 'extra' service, they offer to arange it for you, which is convenient, however as for the tour as for all these extra services, they charge too much and you end paying way too much. Contact the local travel agencies!

We ran into Say Hueque while looking into other people’s travel experiences in Argentina. We had been planning this trip for quite a while; had to put it off last year, due to last minute hardships.
We finally got in contact with Say Hueque last summer to discuss our trip plans to Argentina and Brasil. Eventually, they guided us through the planning process quickly and with precision. Everything went smoothly, definitely as planned, with the Say Hueque people checking on us at every step of our trip. All domestic flights were organized and booked also by Say Hueque, without any problems. I have to say that the service well exceeded our expectations.
Our stay in Buenos Aires was truly exceptional. There is a lot to see and do in this lovely city. El Ateneo bookstore, La Recoleta cemetery, San Telmo market, La Boca and Caminito, Museo Evita, Malba… Just can’t get enough of it. Dined in some very fine restaurants and loved it! You may wish to skip the Don Julio, but definitely book a place at Fogón Asado for an unmatched tasting experience.
4 nights in El Calafate, two in Puerto Iguazú, one in Foz de Iguaçú, and another four nights in Rio de Janeiro, all truly memorable, all thanks to, mainly, Say Hueque.

I traveled for one month in Argentina, and a few days in Uruguay. Sofia and Felipe organized my trip. During two video calls, I could discuss how I like to travel and how I wanted to discover the country. The final itinerary, the activities, and the choices of hotels met my requirements. They have very well understood what I was looking for, and they made it concrete.

I was also provided with an app that included all my travel documents such as my day-by-day itinerary, flights, a map, etc., which was very convenient.

The communication during the planning was easy, always kind and polite. During the trip, a 24-hour contact was available in case of need.

Everything has been flawless and top-notch! Say Hueque is certainly an agency that I will recommend.

We planned our epic trip to South America with Analia. She was excellent at listening, advising, tailoring, meeting expectations for our requirements to make this trip an amazing experience.
Joaquina then took over to support and guide us through the finer details of the trip, and whilst we were on our holiday. We had access to a WhatsApp support for any queries along the way, a 24 hour emergency WhatsApp number also.
The tours and guides were of all very good, with some guides standing out as excellent. We did find it a little annoying when on larger tours with multi lingual guides as we seemed to be in the minority. It felt like we weren't gaining from the same level of information as that delivered to the Spanish speaking!
However, overall, the service was seamless, caring, friendly and professional.
I would recommend Sauhueque without hesitation.

a 24 hour WhatsApp service.

We had a fabulous two-week trip created by Say Hueque. We worked with Patricio Rapaport and Andrea Solano. They were very responsive and tried to accommodate all our requests. It was a custom trip with wineries in Chili and Mendoza, Valparaiso, Patagonia, and Buenos Aires. We had to move from one place to another every two days, and all logistics worked like a clock. All pick-ups, hotel reservations, and internal flights were on schedule. The tour guides in Chili, Mendoza, and Buenos Airs were incredible. We spent the whole day with each of them and learned a lot. They were able to answer all our questions and were very attentive. Big thanks to Alejandro Maturana in Chili, Julian Dlouhy in Mendoza, and Alejandro Reinoso in Buenos Aires. Their English is perfect, and we had no issues communicating. We are avid travelers, and this will be our most memorable trip. Thank you, Say Hueque! We highly recommend this travel agency to everyone planning their trip to South America.

The company has been fraudulent in their dealings with me, they encouraged me to finalise my booking under false information and then could not deliver on them. No transparency at all, how do they explain not informing their customer of changes to the itinerary that were not even agreed to? Their correspondence with me has been completely tone deaf, everything has been recorded.

Even after pointing out their discrepancy and lies, all I have had is lip service, empty gestures, there has been zero accountability and they have kept my deposit of $963 (30%) citing their T&Cs which is null and void as they did not meet the terms of the agreement.

I asked for the cancellation 2 weeks after the payment was made when I realised that I was not dealing with a reputable or legitimate company. Why would I proceed to give them 100% after I saw their true colours? Safety is a huge concern for me and there is zero trust with Say Hueque because of their mercenary dealings with me. There is a case currently open against them and I have posted my entire experience on Tripadvisor - this will also be shared widely so others are aware of their tactics. I have also reported them to the Argentine State for investigation.

Think twice before providing any funds to Say Hueque - that is their bottom line - getting your money, to scam you and then gaslight you by making up excuses (in my case, "it was because you changed your dates" - no funds were exchanged until the itinerary was finalised and the dates were agreed).

There are further steps that I will be taking so they will think twice before employing these tactics with other tourists who genuinely want to experience and explore the country.

Update: The below response is typical to what I have been exposed to while trying to make sense of how we got here. Their lies truly knows no bounds. If there was an understanding and all cards were on the table with no unscrupulous behaviour on their part, why would this be the end result? The person out of pocket is me, they are flush. For my part, it is a lesson learned and all I can do here is expose them so other unsuspecting tourists are aware of this disreputable and corrupt company.

We arranged a trip to Argentina with Say Hueque in summer 2024 and Everything has been perfect from the beginning to the end. Luna and Julieta (our counselors) were both very nice and caring, they have listened to our needs and wishes from the beginning and suggested us the right choices to do to optimize the time we had available to explore this amazing country. The price for the trip in my opinion was fair: before choose I have requested a lot of qutoations to other agencies and they were all more expensive and less open to satisfy our requests. I hope to come back to Argentina to see the north part of the country and for sure I’ll do it with Say Hueque!

We arranged a trip to South America through them The initial guide Ms Veronica Scotti was very knowledgeable ,friendly and helpful in making our itinerary .She had good ideas. After the reservations the Guest relations manager Ms Joaquina Alvarez took over and was always accessable. The total price was reasonable. The team was always available throughout the trip. Say Huque was great! The itinerary they put together was perfect for the amount of time we had. The hotels were of very good quality and our guides were very experienced. I would highly recommend them to anybody who wants to experience the best of Argentina has to offer.

We had a once in a lifetime trip in Patagonia with say hueqe, organized perfectly by patricio and julieta. We toured after high season ended, in early fall, and the team overcame all the obstacles our dates imposed, chose excellent guides and local providers, and excellent hotels. both activities and hotels tailored to our expectations. We highly recommend say hueqe to anyone planning an independent or semi independent travel in Patagonia.

All things went smoothly, everything was as we planned to be.

This was the second trip that we have used Say Hueque's services. They put together a terrific 1 month itinerary for my husband and me. It was challenging because one of us has mobility difficulties but we still wanted an active experience that would accommodate our different abilities. Our trip was ambitious because we visited Iguazu Falls, Chilean and Argentina Patagonia and Uruguay. All our accommodations were lovely, transfers by buses, planes and boats were seamless and all our guides were fantastic. We especially liked how they always had a local representative check in with us to see how we were doing and giving us recommendations where to eat and local things to do. We would definitely use Say Hueque again!

Andrea was super patient and responsive and helpful! Our time in Argentina and Chile was greatly enhanced by her assistance. All transitions were smooth and tours, drivers, and guides that Say Hueque arranged were great. Highly recommend!

Everything was great, daily tours, hotels, flights. Perfectly organized. Walking with pingvins, was a exceptional.

Say Hueque planned a fantastic trip from Buenos Aires to Iguazú Falls. I would highly recommend the two day tour that allows you to see the falls from Brazil as well as Argentina. Claudia and Julieta were a great team. They were always friendly and extremely responsive. They customize the tour and gave us exactly the experience we wanted. Five stars to these two great women.
